Bob Smith Toyota had the perfect car at just the right price. I was very excited to get a great car at a wonderful price but I was not expecting something else so great. The service there was far beyond my expectations. Im very happy with them and will refer others here. more

Great customer service by Tom and Tony. They worked with me until I got the car I wanted in the color I wanted it. They gave me unbevlieveable service and would do the same for you. NOW im off to hit the road in my new Highlander. more

We drove all the way from Orange County because of Jessie. He is a great sales person, after years of searching to find the perfect Toyota. The timing was just right and he was able to get us the Vehicle we just wanted. more

Bob Smith Toyota may be a smaller dealership but they don’t fall short on anything. The service I received while I was shopping for a new car was bigger than anything I can think of. They were not pushy at all and very respectable. The saying has to be true. Big things come in small packages. more

Haike and Jessie were very knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions, especially my husbands hard ones about 4 wheel drive features. Very easy, no pressure. Just the way car buying should be. more

Top Notch 10/4/2011

Bob Smith Toyota was one of the last dealers we looked at but when we got there and saw how friendly everyone is we knew where we had to purchase from. They weren’t all about selling a car and pushing upgrades on you. They asked you what you wanted and your needs. Then they looked for a car to fit those requests. The staff here is top notch. more

The website projected warmth; family owned and not huge. I dread buying cars because of typical high pressure atmosphere. B.S.T. is unlike any other dealership as it is full of friendly, not aggressive employees. Tony as so helpful and kind, he eased my tension. Tom was also low key and friendly. We Still Pass by 8/10/2011

We live close to Bob Smith Toyota and we pass by it every day. We always see nice cars. It appears to us that people are always leaving happy, and in good moods. When It was time for us to get a new car we had to stop by. I now know why people are always appearing to be happy, because they are. Everyone that works here is so nice and the guy I was working with, Marcos was very patient with us. I will defenityly recommend this dealer to everyone I know. more

I wasn’t qualified to make a big purchase but I did want a good car. I went to Bob Smith Toyota and they made it happen. I was able to get myself into a 2 yr old car and it was certified. Im really happy that I chose Bob Smith Toyota. more

Super Great 7/22/2011

I recently purchased a used car from Bob Smith Toyota. As I was driving down the freeway about 3 weeks later I had a flat tire. I put the spair tire on and the next day I went back to Bob Smith Toyota. I spoke to my salesman and told him what happened. He looked into it and because it was a certified car they went ahead and replaced all 4 tires. They said they don’t want anything to happen to any of their customers and want for their cars to be safe. I would have been happy with 1 tire and I got 4. Super Great Service. more

Royal Blue 7/15/2011

It was that time every father hates. My little girl was going off to collage. I wanted to make sure while she was there she had a good reliable car to depend on. I brought her to Bob Smith Toyota and we shopped around. She really liked the Toyota Corolla. We ended up getting a Royal blue one with a sunroof. Bob Smith gave us a really good deal and we are both happy, Thank you. more

Nothing Bad 7/7/2011

I would have to say in the back of my mind I hate buying cars. All the haggling and cat and mouse game is very annoying. It was time for us to get a new car and I just wasn’t looking forward to it. We look around at different models and went with a Toyota, now it was time to find a dealer. Went to a few different ones and no luck. We happened to stumble across Bob smith Toyota. When we got there and the atmosphere were just great, smiles everywhere and people happy. I felt like I was at home. We went ahead and did purchase here and am still happy about it. Nothing bad to say about Bob Smith Toyta. more

We bought our car again at Bob Smith Toyota because of the friendly and professional service. Also the loyal support of theirs deserves to be returned with equal loyalty. Its been great working with Pete and Mike over the past three years I loved the Camry and have never had any problems with it. Freddie has been excellent to work with on the new Versa deal. He has really made us feel so comfortable and his knowledge of the vehicle helped us tremendously in finding the right car for us. more

I bought form Bob Smith Toyota because after compairing prices with so many other dealers I thought that “BST” had the best prices. I also think that Jarvis was very helpful and made it easy for me going through this process. more
