We had a wonderful experience at Bob Smith Toyota and were treated like family. I've had horrible experiences with other dealerships where I felt as though I was ripped off but was impressed as soon as I walked in to Bob Smith Toyota. They were helpful and not at all pushy. Larry and Jason bent over backwards to help us with what we wanted. I will definitely buy a car from Bob Smith Toyota again. more

We had a great experience working with Fausto Gonzalez. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. We especially enjoyed his non-pressure attitude. He approached us as a friend not a salesman. Everything went very smoothly. He answered our questions and gave us the proper information to make a great purchase on a new Toyota Camry. It was the deep grey we wanted with all electronic components we wanted. Thanks for making it easy! more

I came into the dealership just looking not ready to buy & was greeted by Hail Ketsoyan. He was friendly, not pushy at all, and very smart with all features of their product line. I was not ready to buy and he built a relationship with me. Over the months we would communicate via email and I finally decided to purchase a Tacoma. Hail again was no pressure and he was able to provide me with an excellent deal. I have been too many dealerships over the past couple of months and have to say my experience with Bob Smith was by far the best. more

My girlfriend and I were treated with respect. That impressed us, our salesman Jesse answered all our questions with honesty. He was very up to date on all cars and features they each had. Since we are in Glendale we couldn?t be happier with the location not too far for service. We are now proud owners of a 2012 Toyota Prius. more

I had a 2004 Toyota Sienna that I LOVED! It was totaled 2 ? weeks ago in an accident and the only thing that was on my mind was replacing it with the Sienna. I loved how it drove, the room it had, it went on many road trips. Kevin from Service had been our service guy for years know. I felt loyal to Bob Smith; I was always greeted whether service or sales. They are very respectful I would recommend anyone to Bob Smith Toyota to anyone. more

This Denali was at an amazing price. I called up and I was invited down. A little nervous because it was around 100 miles. Hate to drive far and not buy anything. However the salesman Jarvis was great. This ended up to be the easiest purchase I have EVER had. I usually leave dealers ships with migraines, at Bob Smith that wasn?t the case. I plan to refer all friends and family to them. I am a forever customer. more

As an employee in the service department I get to see trade-ins early. My coworkers were very helpful in advising me to Jarvis. Jarvis went out of his way to help me with the sale, including driving that car to my house so my family could take the time to test drive the car in my neighborhood. I especially appreciate the short amount of time it took him to get everything done. more

Why did I purchase from Bob Smith? 6/9/2012

Why did I purchase from Bob Smith? Because I wanted to lease a new Prius and Bob Smith is the closest dealer to my home. I have been coming here for service with my previous Toyota and have been happy with my service experience. I think I received a good deal on my lease turn in and new lease as well. I wanted to give Justin some business because he has helped me in the past and that deserves recognition. I personally think they are a great dealer and Justin & Brandon are great assets more

Coming to Bob Smith Toyota was a great experience. The shopping process was great and my salesmen was never pushy. The fianc? was painless and easy and they explained everything. When they delivered my new car they showed me how to use all the new features and set up the car personally for me. Im very happy with my service and will recommend them to everyone. more

I bought my last car here about 2 years ago. it was time for me to get my wife a new one and so we chose to try them out again. Once again they went above and beyond. they were so nice and truly went out of there way to make us happy. I have not one complaint about them. more

Great Service 5/11/2012

I recently went out to a Toyota dealership. I test drove a few cars, they were very patient with me, and gave me lots of details on the cars perks. I went in to deal with the financing expecting a headache but they made it a smooth process. The customer service they deliver was greatly explained in detail through whole process. I highly recommend Bob SmithToyota. more

This was the first car I have ever purchased on my own and everyone at Bob Smith made it very enjoyable and easy! All the staff was so nice and explained everything I needed to know about my car and all the paperwork in a professional and speedy manner. My salesman, Will, made sure that I knew everything about my Rav and how everything in my car worked. He was very knowledgeable about every car on the lot and really sold me on the Rav. He was a pleasure to work with and I will return to Bob Smith in the future because of service they provided. more

I purchased my first Toyota Prius from Bob Smith Toyota. The customer service was incredible. The service department was exceptional. After experiencing a front end crash and total loss of my vehicle, I loved the Toyota Prius even more. The safety features let me without a blemish. A week after I was back at Bob Smith and met with Fausto Gonzalez, who provided me with a detail explanation on each feature the Prius offered. I was sold; Toyota continues to earn my business due to the staff, and safety. The customer service is to great satisfaction. more
