I came into the dealership just looking not ready to buy & was greeted by Hail Ketsoyan. He was friendly, not pushy at all, and very smart with all features of their product line. I was not ready to buy and he built a relationship with me. Over the months we would communicate via email and I finally decided to purchase a Tacoma. Hail again was no pressure and he was able to provide me with an excellent deal. I have been too many dealerships over the past couple of months and have to say my experience with Bob Smith was by far the best.
