I bought my last car here about 2 years ago. it was time for me to get my wife a new one and so we chose to try them out again. Once again they went above and beyond. they were so nice and truly went out of there way to make us happy. I have not one complaint about them. more

Great service 5/11/2012

I recently went out to a Toyota dealership. I test drove a few cars, they were very patient with me, and gave me lots of details on the cars perks. I went in to deal with the financing expecting a headache but they made it a smooth process. The customer service they deliver was greatly explained in detail through whole process. I highly recommend Bob SmithToyota. more

This was the first car I have ever purchased on my own and everyone at Bob Smith made it very enjoyable and easy! All the staff was so nice and explained everything I needed to know about my car and all the paperwork in a professional and speedy manner. My salesman, Will, made sure that I knew everything about my Rav and how everything in my car worked. He was very knowledgeable about every car on the lot and really sold me on the Rav. He was a pleasure to work with and I will return to Bob Smith in the future because of service they provided. more

I purchased my first Toyota Prius from Bob Smith Toyota. The customer service was incredible. The service department was exceptional. After experiencing a front end crash and total loss of my vehicle, I loved the Toyota Prius even more. The safety features let me without a blemish. A week after I was back at Bob Smith and met with Fausto Gonzalez, who provided me with a detail explanation on each feature the Prius offered. I was sold; Toyota continues to earn my business due to the staff, and safety. The customer service is to great satisfaction. more

The test drive at the dealership Haik was consistently friendly, professional and courteous. He is clearly knowledgeable of the products he sales and his enthusiasm is top notch. The entire time we were together he was always worried about my feelings and what I thought was right for me. All my questions were answered and everything was taken care of. Logcial Understanding 3/29/2012

The approach of a person who is trying to sell a car was the first thing i noticed differentiating this dealer from others. They gave me space to look around. The way the deal was made was a win-win situation for us. Honestly the calm, logical and understanding approach of personal to customers need a big positive effect on me to come back and buy a car. The efforts Tony and Justin put forth made me feel comfortable even though they still wanted to sell a car. Great Job everyone. more

A Few 2/23/2012

Friendliness, convenience, accessibility, great service, down-to-earth, courteous, trustworthy are just a few words I can use. Our family has bought 5 cars from here. I would say we are very loyal customers and loyal to the brand. I commute about 500 miles a week and wanted a greener vehicle. Mr Caguioa helped me every step of the way and made test driving and purchasing my new Prius truly a pleasure. more

Coming to Bob Smith Toyota got me the best deal I could find. They gave me the highest trade in on my old junker and a huge discount on a new car. The best thing I found out of the entire process was they gave me a rebate on my car. So not only did I get it at a great price but I'm getting money back on it.I'm a very happy customer. more

Buying a car has always been a major stress but that’s not the case at Bob Smith Toyota! The adjectives to use to describe the people here are adjectives that you normally don’t hear in reference to car dealers: trustworthy, honest, accommodating, and patient. They take time to explain everything in detail. No pressure. Im driving off the lot completely confident this was the right decision. more

Shopping at Bob Smith Toyota was easy and simple. They had a vast selection of different makes and models. I found a car I really liked but I didn’t like the way it drove so the search continued. The salesman had no problem and wanted to make sure we were happy. I finally found the one. We went to financing and it was a breeze. I really recommend Bob Smith Toyota. more

Bob Smith Toyota had a great selection for me and my wife to choose from. My wife saw the new Camery and I could tell it was love at first sight. We took it for a ride and she just had to have it. Being a family owned business the paperwork was easy and not like most of the big named places, long, boring, and confusing. We left with a new car and feeling good about it. more

Bob Smith Toyota had a very good selection for us to choose from. I was able to get the car I wanted with the options I wanted. They didn’t have to go locate it, they knew where it was which saved time. I really enjoyed my time here, which might I add wasn’t too much but just right. more

I was at the right place at the right time. Bob Smith Toyota had a great deal on a brand new Camry. I was going there to get my son a new car and I was in the market for a corolla but I was able to get a year old Camry for way cheaper then the other one. The service was impeccable and I have nothing bad to say. more

Going to a car dealership is something most people hate. I am one of those people. I hate all the haggling, them trying to up sell you, trying to sell you something you don’t want and most of all the moment you arrive I feel like a chicken leg in front of a bunch of hungry vultures. When I got to Bob Smith Toyota it was nothing like this. Everyone was so friendly and they asked what I wanted. No trying to up sell me, they asked what features I wanted. The finance process was a painless and easy process. If you in the market for a new car you definitely have to stop by here. more
