Great Offer 5/19/2011

I saw the car online and was attracted by the offer. Jarvis was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond what I expected. The dealership took a lot of time to explain the warranty info an all of the details of the sale. I am very happy with the service and the accommodations that were made for me. Thank you. more

At Ease 5/12/2011

I came into the dealership just looking not ready to buy yet. I was greeted by Haik K he was friendly, not at all pushy and very knowledgeable about the entire product line. Haik took the time with me even though he knew I was not ready to buy, he decided to build a great relationship with me. Over the months we would communicate via email and I finally decided to purchase a Tacoma, Haik again with no pressure made me feel at ease and just gave me a good deal. I have been too many dealerships over the past couple of months and have to say my experience at Bob Smith Toyota was by far the best. I think I have a new friend, Haik. I will definitely recommend him and Bob Smith to all my friends and family. James Yonan more

When I called Freddy at Bob Smith and told him what I needed to make a deal he immediately told me what was possible. The process was executed perfectly and every step was as discussed before my arrival. I tremendously value the great experience of my car purchase at Bob Smith Toyota with Freddy. We were looking for the 2010/$179/mo deal- Bob Smith Toyota had 2 XD's left for that deal, so we came here right away. Jarvis was an excellent salesman. He was prompt and personable. We decited to get one. He got the car ready for us and quickly closed the deal for us. Thank You! more

We called for a prius 2 and Haik answered us about what we needed. It was hard to find the particular model we wanted but Bob Smith had one. It was very excellent service. We are very happy with our purchase and service at Bob Smith. It was a great deal. more

Good: I like how accomodating the dealer was, it is so rare to find a good dealer now a days. Bad: They were a little far from my home. So the drive was a pain but well worth it!. Improvements: more locations. more
