Excellent turn time and quality. 12/1/2009

My band wanted some promotional stickers to hand out at an upcoming show. We were short on time, being habitual procrastinators as are all musicians. Blue Bee offered the best rate we could find for the physical and order size we needed and, although we didn't have time to see and approve a proof, the stickers came out beautifully (and this was a very detailed image with fine color gradations.) We'll definitely be repeat customers once we plaster these on every flat surface we can find. more

Product turned out great and service was good. My only suggestion is that you should only send an invitation to fill out the survey once, twice at the most. It should be something your customers want to do, not feel obligated to do because they're being bombarded with emails requesting it. I am a graphic designer who specializes in internet marketing so I understand your goal with teh survey, and I agree that they are a great way to get customer feedback, but you need to be careful not to annoy your customers and push them away by sending emails too often. Email is a great, inexpensive way to market your company but sending them too often (especially when you're not offering new content, discounts or promotions) can result in these customers requesting to opt out of your list - then you've lost them for good. Your company offers good products matched with good service - don't jeopardize that by over-emailing. I would also suggest that you don't require customers to fill out every question/section of your survey. A little feedback is better than no feedback at all. I hope this helps. My labels are fantastic. Better than I ever expected. You never know when you create something online if the colors will come out true or close to true. You never know if they will do their best to center you graphic and make it perfect. Blue Bee made sure everything was perfect and I am so happy with my labels. I have no complaints at all and am completely satisfied. Blue Bee actually contacted me by phone to discuss a problem with the quality of the image I had sent over, so that I would not receive a lower quality product. They were courteous and more than helpful in getting me the results I was hoping for. I would highly recommend Blue Bee for all your printing needs. more

Fantastic quality and customer service 11/17/2009

As a nomad, I frequently run into problems with receiving shipped items. When the address I provided for my order refused the package because the order was completed and shipped out faster than I could inform them of it's arrival and it was returned to Blue Bee, they did a wonderful job of contacting me, and getting the package out to a new address in time for the event I'd ordered product for. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous, and even though I was communicating through 2 channels [phone & email] and to at least 2 individuals, communication was constant and obviously shared between them. My final printed product was just as I'd designed and of the quality I'd expected. I will be ordering more and recommending Blue Bee for quality print services. more

Bad service, felt like I was getting scammed.... 11/16/2009

I called in a couple times to check up on my order and was greeted by a man who acted like it was a burden to talk with me. He was very short with me and didn't really answer any of my questions. Just said, "yeah, we'll be able to figure it out." Also, I've received like 30 emails so far trying to get me to fill out one of these reviews and that has been pretty annoying as well. The finished products looked good, but their website and customer service made me very nervous. Don't feel comfortable enough to have client work done with them ever again. RESPONSE FROM Blue Bee Printing: This file was properly set up and there wasn't much hand holding. Most of our files that we received needs to be fixed this file came in perfect didn't have to do much. We didn't mean to sound short but when files that come in clean it pretty easy for us to do. As far as customer lobbby emailing about reviews it only send out 2 not the 30 that you mention. If you are getting 30 let us know! We like the reviews to improve our service and quality but I definitely don't want any 30 emails sent to the same person to get a review. more

We are very pleased with the work that Blue Bee Printing has done for us. They are awesome to work with, well-priced, and do an incredible job of keeping in touch to make sure that the project is finalized to our expectations. They also have a quick turnaround. The first time we used them, everything went well and we got a great product. Kelley had a good relationship with the person who oversaw the order, which was a nice personal touch. The cut-out magnets that they did for our church turned out just as we expected, plus the project was within our budget. Ben did a great job! We would definitely use Blue Bee Printing again. Overall I had a great experience with Blue Bee - although my order was not completed correctly the first time and a portion of my order was not printed correctly - I must admit that the printing mistake was stupid and sloppy and should never have happened. BUT the Blue Bee team did an excellent job in admitting their mistake and fixing it in a timely fashion. The end product is great and I would definitely use them again. RESPONSE FROM Blue Bee Printing: Yeah it was a pretty simple error. I don't know how I missed it but I am just glad we fixed it and sent it out the next day. Ben more

Not a good experience at all! 11/11/2009

I ordered stickers from Blue Bee and was very happy with the product itself. However, I was extremely displeased with their service. On the website it says that you can only order in amounts of 250, 500, ...etc. I needed 300 of the stickers so I called and Customer Service said that I could place the order for 250 but send them an email request to change it to 300. I did this, but when I received the product they only sent me 250, and also only charged me for 250. So I called and Blue Bee said that they would send me the other 50 right away, which they did. However, they then used my card number that I had given them the first time and charged it again for the 50 extra stickers, but what makes me the most angry is that they charged me again for shipping the 50. This shipping cost more than the 50 stickers did. So essentially they charged me twice for shipping because of a mistake that they made by not sending the amount I first requested. Therefore instead of being .16 center a piece like I was quoted, it ended up equally almost .23 a piece. I was going to order more from them, but now I believe I will find another company. This would be my recommendation for you as well. RESPONSE FROM Blue Bee Printing: Hi Tyler Sorry for the inconvenience please let us know if you were charged incorrectly I will look into this matter. You guys did a good job on my stickers, they came sooner that I originally thought, and looked GREAT !!! I ordered two variations of my logo on two variations of stickers just to see what exactly they would look like, I think the website could be a little better in showing what your sticker will look like.... But I will be back for more, and now that I know that I like the clear vinyl better than the white paper, I can order a larger amount as I know exactly what will be coming. GREAT JOB !!! more
