Too Small 4/29/2010

It may be no other fault than my own but they are the smallest bumper stickers I have ever seen the sample was bigger than the actual sticker. THe service was great the man who assisted me was so nice. I wish he could have said you know these are for hot wheels or even pasties but a car would crash trying to read that... more

They even called me to tell me that some of my margins didn't match up which would cause the lettering to appear fuzzy. I told the person I spoke with how thankful I was that they called me to which he replied "no problem, we don't want to do bad work". I will most certainly order from them again. I also was able to go to the factory and pick up my order which was nice. more

AFTER OWNING MY OWN PRINTING BUSINESS FOR 8 YEARS, i LOOK AT THE JOB ONCE COMPETED VERY CAREFULLY. MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY FIRST ORDER WAS EXCELLENT. PRICE IS A FACTOR AS I AM ACCUTELY AWARE THE COST IS IN THE SETUP NOT THE RUN. WHEN YOU BULK BUYING EVEN SMALL RUNS ARE LESS EXPENSIVE. THIS IS GOOD FOR THE SMALL BUSINESSIN THIS ECONOMY. IT ALLOWS US TO TEST MARKET IDEAS WITH OUT BLOWING THE BUDGET ON A BAD IDEA. more

The person I contacted was very helpful and I the bumper sticker that I ordered came out very well. Based on a number of sites that I looked at this one had the best price and they had no problem working from by uploaded pdf file. They did a great job and I will use them in the future. more

Only ok 3/25/2010

The Good: The greeting cards came out nice. I receive compliments on the beauty of the design. The Bad: Blue Bee forgot to send envelopes with my order. All of the cards were prepared but weren't able to be shipped out on time. The Ugly: When Blue Bee discovered that they actually made a mistake they explained that they cant deliver the envelops to me until at least 5 days. I requested a quicker delivery and was told that next day delivery would cost too much. I believe that when the customer's business is relying on you and your service, the last thing you want to do is cause an inconvenience... The envelopes were finally received about 8 days later. By the way, I requested a $20 credit to cover the cost of buying envelopes from a local store, they only offered me a $10 credit because they can get them for cheaper. How does that help me? RESPONSE FROM Blue Bee Printing: Thanks for you comments we have change our procedure sending envelopes after this issue an hope to have this resolved in the future. more
