As a nomad, I frequently run into problems with receiving shipped items. When the address I provided for my order refused the package because the order was completed and shipped out faster than I could inform them of it's arrival and it was returned to Blue Bee, they did a wonderful job of contacting me, and getting the package out to a new address in time for the event I'd ordered product for. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous, and even though I was communicating through 2 channels [phone & email] and to at least 2 individuals, communication was constant and obviously shared between them.
My final printed product was just as I'd designed and of the quality I'd expected.
I will be ordering more and recommending Blue Bee for quality print services.
