I called in a couple times to check up on my order and was greeted by a man who acted like it was a burden to talk with me. He was very short with me and didn't really answer any of my questions. Just said, "yeah, we'll be able to figure it out." Also, I've received like 30 emails so far trying to get me to fill out one of these reviews and that has been pretty annoying as well. The finished products looked good, but their website and customer service made me very nervous. Don't feel comfortable enough to have client work done with them ever again. RESPONSE FROM Blue Bee Printing: This file was properly set up and there wasn't much hand holding. Most of our files that we received needs to be fixed this file came in perfect didn't have to do much. We didn't mean to sound short but when files that come in clean it pretty easy for us to do. As far as customer lobbby emailing about reviews it only send out 2 not the 30 that you mention. If you are getting 30 let us know! We like the reviews to improve our service and quality but I definitely don't want any 30 emails sent to the same person to get a review. more
