Product turned out great and service was good. My only suggestion is that you should only send an invitation to fill out the survey once, twice at the most. It should be something your customers want to do, not feel obligated to do because they're being bombarded with emails requesting it. I am a graphic designer who specializes in internet marketing so I understand your goal with teh survey, and I agree that they are a great way to get customer feedback, but you need to be careful not to annoy your customers and push them away by sending emails too often. Email is a great, inexpensive way to market your company but sending them too often (especially when you're not offering new content, discounts or promotions) can result in these customers requesting to opt out of your list - then you've lost them for good. Your company offers good products matched with good service - don't jeopardize that by over-emailing. I would also suggest that you don't require customers to fill out every question/section of your survey. A little feedback is better than no feedback at all. I hope this helps. Good luck in the future and feel free to contact me should you have any other questions. RESPONSE FROM Blue Bee Printing: HI Scott Thanks for the post. I am checking on how we send email for reviews. Supposedly, it should only send 2 emails and yes you are right I myself would not want to get bombarded with email for a review and neither should Blue Bee Printing customers. Ben
