It was a pleasure to work with Nic and Angela. My first point of contact was Angela, I explained the issue I was having, and she was right on it scheduling a Technician to come out.
Nic was the technician who arrived at my door, but before doing so, he gave me a courteous call. When he arrived he introduced himself, slipped his booties on his shoes and asked if he may come in. First class customer service all around.
