Had a generac placed the end of 2017 (this was a price of a small car), noticed that it was not bolted down and coming off slab. I was told over the phone that it would be a 99.00 charge but when TY came out he took care of that for free. I bought a silver plan that was +750 for a year, in which, comes with a lot of benefits. We scheduled the generac maintenance and the time. I missed work and no one came so when I called my appointment time and person to come out to house changed with no update. I thought about asking for my money back but gave another chance. The next week good thing TY took the time to check to make sure I was on his schedule because once again it was wrong. I have not heard from management, I have not received a apology for all the mistakes or even a welcome packet.
