Best Experience So Far!!! 11/5/2013

Earlier this year, I leased my fourth BMW through Vince Harris at Bill Pearce Motors. This was the best experience yet!!! The dealership didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock, so Vince and Mike (Sales Manager) scoured the country until they found the perfect car! LOVE my car!! They both made sure every detail was covered -- all I had to do was sign and drive! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks! more

Best new car purchase experience i"ve ever had 6/11/2013

I have recently purchased a new Mini Paceman from Mini of Reno. The entire custom order process to delivery was not only painless but superbly supported by the salesman Zeb Parker. Questions were promptly addressed, delivery date was before the estimated date of arrival, the car was detailed, immaculate on receipt, and i was given a detailed demonstration of all of the car systems. Mr. Parker programed the bluetooth phone system to my iPhone, so every feature was operational as I took my first drive. can"t ask for a better customer experience. more

2013 X3 2.8... Superb vehicle... Exceptional buying experience 3/9/2013

I choose to drive BMW vehicles because they, more than the other brands I've owned, return more pleasure from the driving experience. It's a total formula: great design + great materials + great craftsmanship = great performance. This new X3 is an amazing package that, even with a fuel-efficient 4-cylinder engine, just gobbles up Mt. Rose Highway without breaking a sweat. IT'S THE 8-SPEED TRANSMISSION that really makes that happen. I whole heartedly recommend the "M Package" for putting a HUGE fun factor in the X3. If you're shopping for a BMW, you are already focused on quality and performance. Bill Pearce has consistently afforded me a comfortable and competitive buying experience. So much the better if you do your homework and know what you want before you go to their dealership. I would encourage anyone who is buying a model made in Germany to check out the "European Delivery" program. My wife and I did it and would have done it again this time... except the X3 is made in South Carolina and they wouldn't ship it to Munich for us to pick up... go figure. Maybe another time for another model. more

Stacy Penrose is the best in the business! 2/27/2013

I have been in the market to purchase a Porsche Boxster for quite some time but it wasn't until this past Sunday that I knew I had found the right one thanks to Stacy Penrose! I actually called Stacy from Monterey, Ca on a Sunday and she basically sold me my dream car over the phone (shes that good) and I was on a plane the very next day to close the deal. Stacy made the car buying process quick and painless. I dont think I have ever had a more wonderful car buying experience. Normally, I drive away thinking about all the money I had spent and if I got the best deal but this time I drove away extremely happy knowing that I got a very good deal on a very nice vehicle! I really appreciate Stacy's professionalism and level of customer service, it was simply outstanding! I am absolutely in love with my Porsche! I remember being a little kid loving to play with Hot Wheels sports cars and I often dreamed that I could fit inside one....well, now I can :-) Thank you Stacy for making me dreams come true! Terrible Dealership, RUN!!! 1/3/2013

This place is terrible! Went looking at new X3's and at first the salesperson was somewhat nice. But when they did not have the car we wanted they wanted to get us something "close". Please spending 45k on something that only has most of what you are looking for is insane. So after a short discussion the salesguy refuses to negotiate on the price and starts bragging how they are only making 6k at the price he is asking and they cannot go any lower than that. Can someone say bend me over the counter, without even buying me dinner first! What a joke this place is, I will NEVER buy a car from a Pearce dealer after this terrible experience. After buying another luxury car elsewhere the salesguy has the nerve to write us and after we politely tell him we went with another brand (Acura) he proceeded to tell us the BMW was out of our budget and Honda makes an "ok" car as well. So to you Mr. John Pohl (salesman) I say, get lost, you have no clue what our budget was, we just preferred not to get taken by a greedy salesman and his employer. Avoid this place at all costs, you are better off driving 2 hours to Sacramento than to go here. more

Great experience across the board! 9/15/2012

Our experience with Vincent Harris at Bill Pearce Motors was excellent. We were shopping for an upper end SUV, and Vince was quick to present us with all the Cayenne advantages. He knows his product and his enthusiasm is contagious! Vince takes customer care to a superior level. He took time to introduce us to all the service representatives so that our future visits would be comfortable. He was also extremely thorough and patient in explaining how to operate the various Cayenne features. All in all, top notch across the board! more

Purchasing a car from Stacy Penrose was an excellent experience. There were none of the hard or slick tactics imposed on us like so many of the other sellers downtown. Stacy worked very hard to meet our needs. She was extremely considerate and responsive throughout the negotiations and I would definitely recommend her and the Bill Pearce Dealership to anyone thinking of purchasing an auto. My experience with this dealership was excellent from the time we walked onto the car lot. Our salesman, Rob Deane, was outstanding in his knowledge of the cars he sells and he was very helpful in helping us select a vehicle that was right for our family. Since that time, we have not been as impressed with their service department. We have had to return for repairs on the same items multiple times before getting the items repaired. more

Excllent Sales and Service Support 6/18/2012

I have purchased two Porsche Cars from this dealer. Each time I used the same sales Rep., Robe Deane. He worked with me very well and offered suggestions for things I overlooked. Rob's follow up of my order was frequent, timely and accurate. Delivery experience excellent and took whatever time needed to explain everything. Was not rushed. Good buying experience all around. They are as price competitive as the dealers in L.A. Service visits have been few but, each time they have promptly scheduled me in and offered rides back home. Work has been excellent and after market work and suggestions is very good. more

We are very happy with all of our experiences with Bill Pearce Motors 6/13/2012

I am so pleased with this dealership that in the past nine years we have leased 3 vehicles with them. First, a BMW X5 and our last 2 have been Porsche Cayennes. Our two most recent dealings have been with Rob Deane who has always been very personable, professional and very easy to do business with. He has always accomodated our needs and has gone out of his way; in particular, coming to our home to help us program our garage door opener feature on our last Cayenne! Our lease will be up in about 18 months and we aare definitely going to call on Rob to help us with our next vehicle! We are always happpy to refer others to Rob and this dealersip. more

Great service, great product 6/6/2012

I recently purchased a Porshe Boxster from Rob Deane at Bill Pearce Motors. Rob's service was excellent. I ordered the car, it was misdelivered to the wrong port and he worked hard to get it to the Reno dealership in a timely manner. He was helpful and communicative. The Porsche Boxster is the best one yet and this is my fourth. more
