Run, don't walk from Bill Pearce Motors! I have purchased two BMW's from this dealership. I had hoped in 10+ years, their customer service would have improved but it hasn't...fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. So, if you're foolish enough to make a purchase, get EVERYTHING in writing beforehand; do not trust a word that comes out of any Client Advisor's mouth. I had various items that were ""included in the price"" of the vehicle but while signing on the dotted line, I was told otherwise. Unfortunately, my vehicle is currently under warranty, so I'm reluctant to list any customer service-related specifics at this time for fear of retaliation (stay tuned for the real dirt in a few years...I'm keeping a log). Purchased a used car and got hosed! 8/5/2011

I bought a 2001 honda crv. I was told it was inspected. The dealership gave a 30 day warranty since it had high mileage. After driving the car for 7 weeks, it broke down on the freeway. The timing belt broke. Also, it was discovered that the radiator was cracked. The general manager stated that in the inspection it is stated that the timing belt is not included. They never gave me a copy of the inspection. I have bought a total of 3 cars from Bill Pearce Motors. I thought maybe they would help out since I have been a loyal customer. I will take my business elsewhere and let as many people I know not to trust this dealership. Also, the general manager is a rude person. He was very disrespectful on the phone. I did have a very pleasant salesman. But that is the only compliment I can come up with more

Outstanding experience buying a used Porsche. 3/7/2011

I bought a used Porsche about a month ago, and Bill Pearce Motors was outstanding. My wife and I drove in, talked to Jason, and within an hour and fifteen minutes had tested the car and bought it. Jason was very friendly, very nice, and very knowledgeable. There was no hard pressure selling. It was just, here are the papers, and here you go. It was a great experience. I have a Lexus now and am thinking of buying a Volvo or BMW as an SUV from Bill Pearce because of the great experience we had. It was absolutely outstanding. Jason was great. He volunteered and provided me with registration. He also got the bill sheet on the car for me. He was always very responsive. Everyone was professional and polite, and there wasn't the sales pitches you get at some dealerships. more

Bill Pearce Motors is really customer-oriented. Everyone takes time to greet you as you enter the shop. They are helpful and actually take the time to explain the work they're doing on your car. I've never had any issues, they always repair it just fine. I highly recommend their services. more

I could buy another car from Bill Pearce Motors just because of the service they provide there! When you go in for service, there is a place for you to drive your car in yourself. The service desk is literally three feet away at this point. There, they give you prompt, individual attention from a service representative, instead of standing in line, watching guys with greasy fingers ignore you like at other dealerships I've been to. I really appreciate that they notified me of some factory recalls before they became a problem. They provided a loaner BMW while they serviced it, and my baby came back clean and washed when they were finished. It's a real classy operation. John Sullivan more

Best Car Buying Experience 8/1/2009

They were very professional. There was no high-pressure hype. We went in to drive different vehicles, and they let us drive two or three of them. When we picked the one my wife wanted, they encouraged us to purchase it while it was there on the lot, cause there was only one left in that model. I have been to many BMW service departments around the country and Bill Pearce ranks as one of the very best! Anytime I go in they are always accomodating and friendly. The owner comes out in the mornings and chats with everyone. A real professional place to go and they have great snacks! The repairs are done in a timely manner and they are fair priced for the area. The sales department has always been courteous when I am looking at new cars and are very friendly and not at all interested in pushing me into a car deal when i just want to see what's new. If your looking for a fair and honest place to go in Reno this is it! Pros: freindly professional staff Cons: kind of a small dealership more
