5 star experience 6/5/2012

I was traveling through Reno last September from Texas and my wonderful wife suggested: "why don't you stop by the Porsche dealership and look around....." Didn't have to ask me twice! I had been looking elsewhere and wasn't finding the stock or anyone willing to work with me on the final package. Enter Rob at BPM. We worked out a deal that beat everyone else on a new 911 and had all the options. He had it fitted out for me and 1 month later I flew out at my wife's suggestion to drive it back to Texas... In the future, BPM will be my first place to call if the need arises again, all the way from Texas. more

Rob deane makes the Pearce expereince wonderful everytime. 6/5/2012

Rob Deane makes every visit to the dealership worth going and exploring new vehicle opportunities. I have recommended friends to meet Rob and see what he may do for them. One bought a new Cayenne. He always provides whatever is asked for from test drives, to information and we have bought a used cayenne turbo for ourselves and have enjoyed it.We also sold one of our 2008 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet which was a problem car since buying it from a dealer in Miami which was a huge mistake. Rob made a bad situation better. more

I had the best car buying experience of my life with Rob Deane of Bill Pearce Motors in Reno. 6/4/2012

As a single mother of 4, recently divorced and working 3 jobs, I can honestly say I had the best car buying experience with Rob Deane. I don't have time to shop and had a very small budget for a vehicle. I'm also incredibly thrifty and a tough negotiator. Rob was helpful. He helped me realize what my needs really were having 4 kids. I explained what I was looking for and he talked me into test driving a car that I normally would have never considered. It turned out to be the perfect car for me. There was not a lot of haggling over the price. I made an offer, he countered very reasonably and I accepted. This was a win win situation for me all around. I especially appreciate the quality care that was provided to me while going through this process. Rob treated me with the utmost respect and made the entire car buying process painless and in fact quite pleasurable. I will be seeking him out the next time I purchase a car. I would love doing busness with him again. more

Very honest 5/20/2012

My boyfriend came into BMW last week to test drive a used car we saw online. We spoke to Vince on the phone and he directed us to their south Virginia lot. We arrived and Vince helped us right away. He was very honest with us and off the bat told us that he is no Volkswagen expert, so he may not have all the answers to any questions that we had. The car was in great shape and we liked it immediately. The processing was easy enough and Vince made the sales experience very understandable for someone with little car-buying knowledge. We finalized paperwork with Nadeem who was very helpful and extremely patient with the few problems we had along the way. Everyone was very willing to work with us and were understanding of the small hiccups we encountered. Overall the experience was great and we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. more

Stacy and Eric are very professional and made my car buying experience great! 5/15/2012

Being a recent college grad, I had a price point I had to be firm with when buying a new car. I felt that Eric and Stacy were very respectful of the price point. They were extremely knowledgable about each car and helped me find a car that was best suited for me. I fell in love with an XC60 Volvo. The initial price was too high but with some tedious negotiation we were able to find a price point that fit my budget. I would highly recommend Eric and Stacy to anyone searching for a new car! more

Fantastic car buying experience 5/14/2012

We just bought an X3 BMW from Bill Pearce Motors and we had the best car buying experience we have ever had. Stacy Penrose and Tony Castillo were incredibly helpful and made our car purchase fun. If you need a new BMW or Volvo see Stacy and Tony. They are great salespeople and they are extemely nice. more

Good experience at Bill Pearce Motors. 5/10/2012

Purchasing a BMW X5 at Bill Pearce was a very pleasant experience. The only thing I know about vehicles, and the only thing I care to know about them, is that I want to drive one that is reliable, safe, comfortable and nice looking. Vince and Terell at Bill Pearce went over and beyond providing information about the X5 that we decided to buy before we entered their showroom. After driving a Lexus IS250 for six years, I look forward to the SUV experience. Thanks Bill Pearce! more

I am extremely satisfied with my BMW. 4/2/2012

Vince Harris is the absolute best salesperson that we have every worked with. We just leased our third BMW thru Vince. We are actually on our sixth BMW. I also want to compliment Betty, Christie, and Bill in service. I have always felt comfortable with the information I have had to receive from them. Frankly, I went back to Bill Pearce Motors because of the personal relationships that we have developed these last 7 years. more

The best dealership around! No one could come close to them! 1/21/2012

You walk into this beautiful building and are immediately greeted by someone, doesn't matter who they are or what department they work in they make sure you are taken care of. They let you know where refreshments are and get the person you are looking for. I just bought my 7th car from this dealership and I'm sure it won't be my last. Why ruin a great relationship. The employees have been there a long time, no turn around of employees at Bill Pearce..Hats off to Sandy Pearce for finding the best employees to run her business. more

An outstanding experience. 1/1/2012

Rob Deane was an outstanding person. He is low keyed; laid back; very professional; and knowledgeable of Volvo & Porsche vehicles. Buying a new vehicle is stressful, buy at Bill Pearce Volvo stress was kept to a minimum. Excellent products and a great staff. Rated service average because we have not used it yet. more

My Client Advisor, Vince Harris, is knowledgeable and forthright. He offered a very competitive price without the stereotypical care salesman games. My Service Advisor, Betty Mantz, is fantastic. Mike and Bill Pearce was very patient with me and helped guide me through the process of purchasing the right car for me. i had changed my mind so many times but with Mikes help, we decided the 535 was the righ car for me. i will definately send my Calif friends to Reno for their next purchase. more
