I have recently purchased a new Mini Paceman from Mini of Reno. The entire custom order process to delivery was not only painless but superbly supported by the salesman Zeb Parker. Questions were promptly addressed, delivery date was before the estimated date of arrival, the car was detailed, immaculate on receipt, and i was given a detailed demonstration of all of the car systems. Mr. Parker programed the bluetooth phone system to my iPhone, so every feature was operational as I took my first drive. can"t ask for a better customer experience.
