My husband has been riding a Vulcan and she is getting a little rough around the edges. We went to Berts Mega Mall and my husband fell in love. Joe Rodriguez helped us get everything in order and My husband now has other woman. He has rode her every day since the day she came home. I surprised my husband for Christmas with a Can Am Spyder thanks to the help from Lucas Rivas and the rest of the guys at Bert's. It was so easy, just texting and email and the online credit application. When I went in person on Monday before Christmas, they were already washing it. All I had to do was sign the paperwork! Everyone was very helpful in keeping it a secret, and I am very pleased with the whole experience. I got a super great price and my husband is so happy with his new ride. more

Yesterday was the first day in 10 years that I have walked into a motorsport store of any kind. I had no memory or idea of what I was doing, the lingo of the industry or anything, just a general thought of what I wanted to buy. I was immediately greeted as I walked through the front doors and directed to the sales person I spoke with on the phone. I am a disabled veteran and I have a service dog I bring with me everywhere. Most places don't like to help or shy away from me because of the dog. At Bert's I honestly felt like family. Every single employee was so nice and welcoming of both me and my service dog which made the whole buying experience that much better. When a place treats you like royalty, or at least that is how it seemed to me, and doesn't put pressure on your purchasing decision, but is there to guide you and help you through every step of the process, it is 110% easier to make a decision that you feel is correct and meets your needs. I also went in with a certain budget in mind. The bike I wanted was WAY WAY off budget but management was more then willing to work with the numbers and out price much/all of the competition I had been dealing with. It's easy to say great store A+ as many reviews do, but when someone really means it, then you have the material and motivation to write a review which means so much more and give everyone else a much better understanding of what it means to shop at a particular store. I would in a heart beat go back to Bert's for any future purchases, for any accessories, or for anything! When I had finished buying my bike, it was presented to me detailed and free of any scratches or blemishes. In fact, they had to switch out the same unit that had just been detailed because the sales person found a scratch on the cycle for me, if that isn't honesty and integrity I am not sure what is. I was also given a full demonstration of how to operate my new bike being that it has been so long since I have had my last one and shown everything about the bike, the ins and outs. They really took their time to make sure I was satisfied and confident in my decision. The accessories department was also very helpful and took a good couple of hours to walk me through the accessories I would need (i.e. helment, gloves, jacket) and there was absolutely no pressure, just the help I needed. I also want to mention the finance manager I worked with, he made me feel at home and like family. The paperwork process was fast and simple with no gimmicks. Recently bought my 3rd motorcycle from Bert's Mega Mall and the service was top notch. David Castillo was my salesman and Bruno took care of financing. Both are A+ at what they do. I got a great deal on a 2012 Yamaha Zuma from Castillo and Bruno made the papwork process simple and enjoyable. Again, this is my third verhicle purchase with Bert's Mega Mall and they have ALL been outstanding. I'd recently been shopping for a 2013 Kawasaki Versys 650. Among the several dealers that I contacted regarding this bike, I phoned Bert's Mega Mall. I received extremely knowledgeable and friendly service over the phone from Amber Thomas in Bert's motorcycle sales department. Moreover, Amber and her manager Maxx worked with me to craft me a deal on this bike that couldn't be beat, and I made a purchase deposit that day.\r \r When I arrived at Bert's to pick up the bike a couple of days later, Amber met me and my wife at the front desk, showed us my motorcycle (ready to go, and sparkling), and then introduced me to Gary Mullen in Bert's finance department. Gary brought a lot of humor, warmth, and enthusiasm to what otherwise could have been a dull slog filling in a bunch of forms. Moreover, Gary provided me with helpful insights about the various warrantee options available for my bike, and gave me a great deal on the option that was best for my needs.\r \r Finally, with my paperwork completed, I was given a detailed check-out on the specifics of operating my new bike by Bert's delivery department personnel, so I was ready to ride it home.\r \r From start to finish, this was a very enjoyable and relaxed purchase for a a large ticket item like the 2013 Verysys 650. I was a little skeptical going to Bert's Mega Mall to purchase a new dirt bike for my son. I had read mixed reviews on their customer service on a few different sites so I wasn't looking forward to just going in and hoping I got a good sales person. Prior to going I called ahead and spoke to Miguel Hernandez who was very accomdating on the phone, he was not pushy and he took the time to listen to what I had to say. He did not push me to come in to the store like a few other sales people did at some other shops. I felt comfortable talking with Miguel so I scheduled a time to come in. My wife and I met with Miguel and worked out a deal on a new bike. Again, Miguel was very accomadating and listened to both of us as we asked questions and worked out the details of the deal. Once the deal was made we got the opportunity to meet with Gary Mullen in the financing department. Gary was also very accomdating and was a pleasure to talk too. He made some jokes and got us laughing. As we spoke with Gary and Miguel my wife and I felt that we did make the right decision to buy from Berts. If you are looking for a product that Bert's offers we highly recommend that you go and talk to Miguel Hernandez and Gary Mullen. These guys will get you a fair deal and get out the door with a smile on your face. I would buy from these guys again. more

I had an amazing experience at Berts Mega Mall. Tony Birtle was so helpful and answered all my questions. When I can in the Mega Mall I didn't know what to expect, it was my first bike purchase and I didn't know anything about bikes. I was pretty intimidated when walking into this HUGE, CLEAN, LUXURIOUS-LOOKING SHOWROOM of Big Boy Toys! Tony made it so simply and he was so patient with all my questions. He didn't seem like a sales man at all, in fact it felt like the complete opposite, he was a educator, advise and give great recommendations, and he knew his bikes like an expertise. ALL the bikes i saw were in mint looking condition, I felt like a kid in a candy store. Tony helped narrow my searches down to the questions he was asking me. I came up on a 2008 Yamaha R6 (SOOOOO CLEAN). Once I laid my eyes on it, I wanted it. One problem, It was a little out on my budget, but not much. My credit wasn't good either,just in case I needed to finance. Well, told him my credit wasn't great, so I knew I couldn't finance, but I tried anyways because I really really wanted that bike. Filled out the credit application, and crossed my fingers....5 minutes, 10 minutes later, Tony comes back and says, ""I have some good news"". I couldn't believe I was approved! Man, Berts works with people with almost any type of credit score. The price was a little high, and I didn't want to go out my budget. Not only was I approved of financing, but Tony and his manager worked with me to get the bike around my budget! I love this place! I didn't know much about it before I went there, but now, its my new favorite auto store. Oh, I'm also going back tomorrow to get a bike cover and gear b/c the also have a huge auto store there too. I also got the 2 year warranty with covers EVERYTHING from electrical to the engine. Its diffidently a MUST. They also delivered for FREE!!!!! This place is like I'm in a movie!! I recommed that everyone goes there before buying any type of biking and off road vehicles. In my opinion, save your time and effort, be more efficient, just go there for all your needs, you WONT find a better deal, better customer service/expertise, or a better bike for the price. more

Stopped in Friday afternoon to look at Polaris RXR XP 4 900s. Been in the market for awhile, but with the season coming, it was time to get serious. The entire experience was great and time efficient. Kennedy was able to help with all of our unanswered questions. Gary handled the F&I process in a great way and John (believe it his name was John) did a great delivery...not sure about the name because who really wants to listen to someone tell you how it works, right? ""Help me get this loaded so I can get ready to take it out"" is all I was thinking!\r I'd be remised if I didn't also mention what a great parts department they have. Jason the Parts Manager stocks a GREAT selection and had Ryan assist us in accessorizing our new toy!\r Also have one of the nicest dealerships around...new car, power sports, etc...I don't care. It's a GREAT facility and has a great feel. I have dealt with MANY luxury dealerships over the years and Bert's is right up there with them. more

You get good and bad with Berts. The Good? Excellent showroom. Great parts and accessories department. Good people working in there. They have pretty decent selection of vehicles. The prices are on the high side, but you can negotiate a better deal if you are savvy. The bad? It's a painful buying experience. They made us wait hours and hours to get this deal wrapped up. That was unacceptable. I will buy parts, but I wont ever buy another vehicle from them. Their service department is awful. Had a carb service on a my quad. It died after 5-10 minutes with the spark plugs getting fouled. That's a carb ""rich"" condition. Nobody would return my calls on it. The service guys just ignored me. I wont have any vehicle of mine serviced there again. I took it to Ed's Cycles and they fixed it right up. Never had a problem with it again. If you are looking for parts and accessories, it's a good place. If you want to buy a vehicle, be wary. If you need repairs or maintenance, take it somewhere else. more

I've been to Berts a couple of times & I allways get great customer service. Went to the parts department this last time looking for a part for my Dirt Bike. Jessie Garcia helped me out. If you ever have a question about your bike & need a no BS answer talk to Jessie he know his stuff. He was very nice & willing to help me out.
