You get good and bad with Berts. The Good? Excellent showroom. Great parts and accessories department. Good people working in there. They have pretty decent selection of vehicles. The prices are on the high side, but you can negotiate a better deal if you are savvy. The bad? It's a painful buying experience. They made us wait hours and hours to get this deal wrapped up. That was unacceptable. I will buy parts, but I wont ever buy another vehicle from them. Their service department is awful. Had a carb service on a my quad. It died after 5-10 minutes with the spark plugs getting fouled. That's a carb ""rich"" condition. Nobody would return my calls on it. The service guys just ignored me. I wont have any vehicle of mine serviced there again. I took it to Ed's Cycles and they fixed it right up. Never had a problem with it again. If you are looking for parts and accessories, it's a good place. If you want to buy a vehicle, be wary. If you need repairs or maintenance, take it somewhere else.
