I was a little skeptical going to Bert's Mega Mall to purchase a new dirt bike for my son. I had read mixed reviews on their customer service on a few different sites so I wasn't looking forward to just going in and hoping I got a good sales person. Prior to going I called ahead and spoke to Miguel Hernandez who was very accomdating on the phone, he was not pushy and he took the time to listen to what I had to say. He did not push me to come in to the store like a few other sales people did at some other shops. I felt comfortable talking with Miguel so I scheduled a time to come in. My wife and I met with Miguel and worked out a deal on a new bike. Again, Miguel was very accomadating and listened to both of us as we asked questions and worked out the details of the deal. Once the deal was made we got the opportunity to meet with Gary Mullen in the financing department. Gary was also very accomdating and was a pleasure to talk too. He made some jokes and got us laughing. As we spoke with Gary and Miguel my wife and I felt that we did make the right decision to buy from Berts. If you are looking for a product that Bert's offers we highly recommend that you go and talk to Miguel Hernandez and Gary Mullen. These guys will get you a fair deal and get out the door with a smile on your face. I would buy from these guys again.
