John Monaghan was here to fix a water service problem and before he left he noticed we also had a sewer pipe problem. Through it all he was extremely courteous and well informed . He took time to explain what exactly were the problems and how they would be fixed. I have already recommended John and this Ben Franklin company to several neighbors!
