i regret getting my phone here, i'm waiting on my free activation but everytime i call they're always too busy to help me....i drove all the way from the oc to san gabriel just to be ignored? Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

they will sign you up with a different plan that's more expensive than what you have on your receipt. AND THEY WON'T CHANGE IT!!! they also never reimburse the activation fee that you have to pay for the first bill. they just keep lagging it and hope you don't call them back. i suggest EVERYONE who got scammed by them to contact the Better Bus. Watch out 4/3/2009

I was looking for an iPhone and dropped by there to find out a seemed-to-be-good deal they offered. A girl who works there talked me into getting the deal (iphone + 2 years contract). She treated me so nice and so friendly. Pros: Behave so nice when they try to get your business Cons: Treat you so bad after getting your deal more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THEY PROMISE YOU GREAT OFFERS AND DEALS......AND THEN THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH!! I WAS PROMISED FREE ACTIVATION CHARGES AND WOULD BE REFUNDED WITHIN 3 MONTHS AND $25 PER LINE OPENED, I NEVER GOT ANY OF IT. AFTER GOING BACK, THE SALES PERSON SAID SHE WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND GIVE ME A CALL, THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Cons: EVERYTHING WAS BAD! more

I had a very bad experience with Banana Wireless: in June 08, I purchased a blackberry phone from the store and was promised $100 mail in rebate within 4-6 weeks. I never received the rebate. I followed up with the store many times, every time they told me the same thing: we applied the rebate for you again, you have to wait for another 4-6 weeks....."" I questioned the name at first but i had to check out the store because who would name a cellphone store after a fruit, right? So I walked in and was immediately greeted by the salespeople and I though ""wow, that's a first (given it's an asian crowd) but I liked the acknowledgement!! After half an hour, I walked out the store with a new free phone with extra goodies like car chargers, bluetooth and they even set up my voicemail!! So never judge by a name, haha more

Best Customer Service Ever 11/6/2008

I'm so glad i came across this store when i stopped by tea station next door in alhambra, they offer a huge selection of phones (phones i've never seen in ads and other stores before, i think they're imported from all over the world!!) they helped me pick out the new IPHONE killer samsung f488 and i love it (so many features and such great prices) Pros: Huge selection, great service and professional attitude Cons: Everything is great more

AWESOME NEW GOOGLE PHONE BEFORE LAUNCH 10/24/2008

so....the google phone was not suppose to be launch until oct. 22nd, but the sale person was very friendly, did so much extra for me, even got me my G1 before the 22nd, i got it on the 21st right before they closed. Pros: nice set up place. with nice sales Cons: too many choices, lol! more

I am not satisfied with the service 4/28/2008

We had signed and purchased two phones from them in February. After that I had nothing but trouble with these two phones. In fact, we had the family plan. The first time when we got home and found there was someone's phone chip already inside one phone. After we spoke to the salesperson abount this and we were told they were used by someone for testing. When we asked for a new one, the guy who was in charge insisted that it was not. We had no choice but accepted it. The second phone had battery problem. It can only last less than eight hours (even if the whole day I did not use it at all!). Now it is completely useless I can not even charge it. When I went to the store to talk to the manager, (I think he is), he said I had to wait for one week before he can let me know. I said I could not accept that without having a phone. I am totally dissatified with the services and I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from them. more

Very poor service!!!!!!!!!!!! 8/31/2007

Went to the Cerritos branch to have my phone fixed (signal/antenna problem). Demanded for a deposit. Took 3 weeks before I got a word from them. Picked up my phone but it turned out it was not fixed at all. The salesguy even had an excuse that my network has low signal in their store (WTF!!?) and asked me to charge my phone at home and try it again. Asked for a warranty but did not give me anything. Ended up paying the supposedly ""repair"" fee. My phone is working but still has the same problem. Next time, I will go to an authorized repair shop not just a lame a*s store such as banana wireless. more

i was promised a phone and a new plan the following day, when i showed up for the phone they did not have it and so i voided my service agreement and asked for a refund, they have agreed to the refund and void agreement but are holding my money for 6 days without my consent. not only do they not keep their word but they will not pay up when they make a mistake... trust them NOT Pros: nice location and pretty couches Cons: do not keep their word, poorly run, incompetent more

Worst Customer Service Ever 3/9/2005

I signed up for a phone plan with them to switch phone companies but have the same number. Apparently they didn't even cancel my old service and the old company charged me for it due to a mistake by their employees that they admit was their wrongdoing. I was forced to pay it and asked for reimbursement by JE Wireless. JE Wireless said they would give me credit back but it's been 4 months and everytime I call back, I have to re-explain the entire situation because they always forget about what happened. They are very unprofessional in their customer care as well as thier service so I would highly not recommend them. I still have not received my money back yet. Cons: Customer Service, Professionalism, Punctuality more
