they will sign you up with a different plan that's more expensive than what you have on your receipt. AND THEY WON'T CHANGE IT!!! they also never reimburse the activation fee that you have to pay for the first bill. they just keep lagging it and hope you don't call them back. i suggest EVERYONE who got scammed by them to contact the Better Bus. Bureau
