After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. We had signed and purchased two phones from them in February. After that I had nothing but trouble with these two phones. In fact, we had the family plan. The first time when we got home and found there was someone's phone chip already inside one phone. After we spoke to the salesperson abount this and we were told they were used by someone for testing. When we asked for a new one, the guy who was in charge insisted that it was not. We had no choice but accepted it. The second phone had battery problem. It can only last less than eight hours (even if the whole day I did not use it at all!). Now it is completely useless I can not even charge it. When I went to the store to talk to the manager, (I think he is), he said I had to wait for one week before he can let me know. I said I could not accept that without having a phone. I am totally dissatified with the services and I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from them.
