We had signed and purchased two phones from them in February. After that I had nothing but trouble with these two phones. In fact, we had the family plan. The first time when we got home and found there was someone's phone chip already inside one phone. After we spoke to the salesperson abount this and we were told they were used by someone for testing. When we asked for a new one, the guy who was in charge insisted that it was not. We had no choice but accepted it. The second phone had battery problem. It can only last less than eight hours (even if the whole day I did not use it at all!). Now it is completely useless I can not even charge it. When I went to the store to talk to the manager, (I think he is), he said I had to wait for one week before he can let me know. I said I could not accept that without having a phone. I am totally dissatified with the services and I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from them.
