I signed up for a phone plan with them to switch phone companies but have the same number. Apparently they didn't even cancel my old service and the old company charged me for it due to a mistake by their employees that they admit was their wrongdoing. I was forced to pay it and asked for reimbursement by JE Wireless. JE Wireless said they would give me credit back but it's been 4 months and everytime I call back, I have to re-explain the entire situation because they always forget about what happened. They are very unprofessional in their customer care as well as thier service so I would highly not recommend them. I still have not received my money back yet.
