Went to the Cerritos branch to have my phone fixed (signal/antenna problem). Demanded for a deposit. Took 3 weeks before I got a word from them. Picked up my phone but it turned out it was not fixed at all. The salesguy even had an excuse that my network has low signal in their store (WTF!!?) and asked me to charge my phone at home and try it again. Asked for a warranty but did not give me anything. Ended up paying the supposedly ""repair"" fee. My phone is working but still has the same problem. Next time, I will go to an authorized repair shop not just a lame a*s store such as banana wireless.
