This is an update to my original review (below). Within 24 hours of posting my review, we received a phone call from the Owner of Baker Brothers. That was indeed a surprise, since I had no expectations of hearing from Baker Brothers.\r

Obviously, someone does read the reviews and when appropriate the company does address concerns. Jimmie Dale, of Baker Brothers, wanted more details of our experience. Note that Jimmie Dale is proud to have a business that started as a small Mom and Pop Company. Anyone who has grown up in a family business that has achieved success should be proud. (Yes, this I know from experience.) Any business owner who takes the time to check into situations should be recognized for their personal attention to business.\r

Jimmie checked the amount we paid and said we had actually over-paid and that we would receive a refund. He was extremely apologetic. \r
