Completely overpriced plumbing service, do not keep there appointments, and do not call back when you ask to speak to a manager! \r

I had my water heater replaced for a reasonable price. I also asked for a tub drain plug to be replaced. Water heater tech would not do it and wouldn't quote it. They sent a second tech out that threatened charged $60 service call just to quote it. Drain was broke and needed replacement. I had already cut a hole in the sheetrock to service the drain. Tech made me cut a much larger hole that is too large for any cover/access panel. Charge me $580 for an hour of actual work. I provide the replacement drain and installed in myself after he replaced the PVC pipe.\r

Office never schedule city inspector to come and inspect water heater installation as tech promised. Signed up for family plan. Tech said plumber would be there for follow inspection. Never showed up. I asked to talk to manager. HVAC manager passed me on to plumbing manager who never
