Just moved into our first home, only to 5/31/2012

Just moved into our first home, only to discover that our shower leaks into our living room. By a friend's recommendation, we called David, and he came in the next day. Diagnosed the problem instantly, and had the shower fixed in half an hour. Very polite, professional, and efficient. Would definitely recommend and work with again! more

Joe called back promptly and as we said it was not an emergency, he scheduled to come on Monday. Joe was courteous, efficient, timely, clean (he wore the blue shoe covers) and offered additional helpful suggestions. This is the second time we have used Baker Brothers Plumbing and would certainly recommend him. Cost was reasonable. more

I would like to say Joe is the BEST . Don;t trust anyone else for your plumbing needs. I called him- he came to my home and explained everything to me first. Job was done to perfection within 2 days of my call.This is my first time doing any kind of review , but I know how many people are afraid to 'call the plumber" Do not hesitate to call Joe. You will be so HAPPY you did. We will continue to use his service in the future! more

Pedro is amazing! This is the second time we have called him as we have an older home and he really knows his stuff! Pedro quickly figured out that the problem was not pipes in the basement but there was leak from a valve in the upstairs powder room that was just seeping down the pipe behind the drywall because there were no water marks in the ceiling or wall. And we didn't have to put any holes in our walls to diagnose the problem. He explained what it was and had fixed the problem very quickly! Amazing! We had other plumbers telling us it was leaks/cracks in our toilet and no one could figure out the problem. Moving forward Pedro will be the only plumber we will be calling. Thank you so much for your help! more

Great job and value 3/30/2012

We hired Joe to replace our kitchen sink drain after replacing the sink. We have 50 year old pipes and he was careful and did the job quickly, well, and cleanly. We would definitely hire him again for our plumbing needs and recommend him to others. more

great plumber 3/30/2012

A couple of months ago, my dad tried to replace two toilets for me. They both ended up leaking! I called Pedro at Baker Brothers Plumbing and he reinstalled both toilets for me, and I have not had a problem since! I would highly recommend this plumber! more

Great work, and reasonable price 3/25/2012

When I turned on my outside hose bib after the winter I didn't think to check the valve for leaks, but leak it did! What a mess. I've used Baker Brothers Plumbing before for a couple small jobs, and once again Pedro did not disappoint! He was able to come over same day, remove the leaking valve and replace it with one of much higher quality. Great work, and reasonable price. more

Honest & Reliable 3/25/2012

Honest & Reliable are the two word with which I can describe Mark. When I had a leaky tap in the bathroom,I sent him a picture by email,making it easier for the transaction & quote. He knows his job & does it well & charges are reasonable. I have recommended him to my friends who are very happy with his service. more

Baker Brothers Plumbing did a great job at our house. I would certainly use them again and definitely recommend them others. After I initially called Mark, he called me back right away, and he fit me into his schedule the very next day. He arrived when he said he would, he stuck to the estimate that we talked about on the phone and he did some extra work for me that we hadn't previously discussed. He was careful to cover his shoes when walking inside the house and he was mindful of not damaging the hardwood flooring with any water. He is very professional, courteous and an obviously experienced plumber. He finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the mess. I am very pleased with Baker Brothers Plumbing's work. more

good work, reasonable cost 3/5/2012

I found Baker Brothers Plumbing and called Joe because he had excellent reviews. Both the sink and tub faucets in our bathroom needed to be replaced but because we are planning to renovate next year, we were keen to have the work done economically. Joe came and replaced the faucets quickly and for a reasonable cost. He also took a look at a wobbly toilet in a second bathroom, fixed it and without charge. You can be sure that when we renovate, we will be using Baker Brothers Plumbing! more

This is the second time we have used David for our plumbing needs. We have completely renovated the powder room and had David come in to install the sink and the toilet. David gave us a 1/2-hour window for his arrival and he made it within that time frame!. David is very professional, and does his job quickly and efficiently. I have already booked him for another job, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. For sure you'll not be disappointed! more

I am so glad to have found Pedro! He did the rough-in and install of our entire new powder room, as part of our basement finishing. Not only is his work exceptional, he is professional, responsive, always kept in touch at every stage and came as promised exactly when he said he would, knowledgeable... and he is a genuinely nice man who we enjoyed having work here! When there was a manufacturer's defect with the toilet I had purchased, he waited without complaint while I exchanged it even though it made for a longer day for him. Another day he rearranged his schedule for me so I could get the correct vanity. (While here he also installed our coffee machine to the water supply, and we are in heaven). I am 100% happy with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him and I will definitely hire Pedro again! more

I have used Baker Brothers to replace my broken Sump Pump. Mark came and gave me an estimate and I choose to install a better and stronger pump (water table in my neighbourhood is quite high). Thank you Mark for a great service. more
