We had Baker Brothers Plumbing replace the private portion of our water service pipe and re-locate our shut-off, which required some additional interior plumbing work from the shut off up to our water heater. Joe gave us a reasonable quote, and they were able to start the work soon after. There was one slight hiccup in locating the existing pipe connection underground, which meant a few extra hours of work for the crew and a second hole in the lawn, but they resolved it and we were not charged for any additional work. Overall I was very happy with the work and feel that I was dealing with an honest and skilled plumber. more

GREAT PEOPLE and GREAT WORK 12/2/2011

My first experience with Baker Brothers Plumbing was GREAT ... they really make the extra effort to make their customers happy. GREAT PEOPLE and GREAT WORK.They're very polite and very clean, brings their own mats and towels to clean any mess they made ... so they left my place cleaner than I left it. more

These guys are all sorts of wonderful! Having a plumbing problem brings on a lot of anxiety but I got a quick appointment for the same day I called. They called to give me a half an hour notice before they got there and within 20 mins of diagnosing the problem, it was gone. All the while, Joe and I were chatting while he was working and he filled me in with all sorts of useful tips on do's and dont's. I highly recommend using their services. more

Fixing leaks they create 9/7/2011

BB Plumbing installed a water heater in our home in August 2010. While there were numerous issues with this installation, they were finally resolved and we signed up for the family plan. After 12 months, BB called to schedule their annual "inspection" that comes with the family plan. Upon coming to our home the BB employees informed my wife that both of our outdoor faucets were leaking and need to be repaired. \r \r As an avid yard keeper that hand waters, I am very familiar with these faucets, and upon getting home they were correct, water was now spraying from the faucets like it never had before. I am certain that I would have noticed that not just one, but both of my faucets were not just leaking, but spraying water from the handle the day before when I watered. Upon further examination, I could tell by the tool marks on the faucet and the now cracked mortar that has been on the faucets for years that the washer on the back of the faucet had been loosened. Don't get over charged! 8/24/2011

I called to make an appointment and the service person was on time. Upon arrival I described the issue and he wrote up a quote for over $400. I signed the estimate thinking it would take him several hours to fix the issue. After 30 minutes he left, went to Home Depot to buy $30 worth of PVC and then spent 45 minutes making the repair. In other words MAKE SURE YOU ASK WHAT THE BILLING RATE IS FOR YOUR JOB. I got taken to the cleaners and will not recommend these guys to anyone.\r \r Just short of a scam. more

Baker Brothers Plumbing has been taking care of my home and business plumbing needs for over five years. Last year they effortlessly installed two tankless hot water heaters in my home and I am thrilled with the results. The staff is always polite, courteous, well-groomed and thorough in their explanation of the problem and the improvements needed.\r I also own a coin-operated dog wash and grooming salon. Needless to say, this plumbing equipment leaves most plumbers with a glazed look in their eye. This week I required an assessment of an unusual problem and called to ask if they had a seasoned, commercial specialist who could examine the problem and offer a solution. Jon Freeman was their plumber of choice and what a fine choice that turned out to be. He has had extensive commercial plumbing experienced which proved to be just what I needed. No hit and miss here. RIP OFF 8/4/2011

What a rip off. Husband made an appointment to get an estimate no mention of the $39.00 fee. When the guys showed up totally blindsided by the fee. Called husband after they left and he called and the woman and she lied and said they ALWAYS mention the fee. Do they record these calls I don't think so. Don't use these people!!!!!! To top it off they were 90 minutes late for the appointment. So not as prompt as the add says!! more

I was so happy with a previous experience with Baker Brothers that I did not hesitate to call them again when I had another problem. And, once again, the job that was performed was so good, I asked the plumber, Mike Salmon, if I could write a review for him and his company. It was so refreshing to have someone who knew his business from all angles. He did an excellent job installing two new faucets on the outside of my house. I now better understand the importance of taking care of hoses, faucets, and staying up to code. He not only is a great plumber, but a great masonary as well. I feel I got a good deal for my money and will refer them to all my friends and family. Job well done Mr. Salmon! You are working for a good company!! more

Thank you Baker Brothers for coming out expeditiously and getting my water heater replaced before it started to leak. The plumber was patient and answered all our questions. Now I know that water heaters need to be drained every year. I was so impressed with their warranty. They match their labor with the manufacturer's warranty. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I wanted a professional plumber that I could depend on and I really feel comfortable that I chose the best. Their TV ads caught my eye, but their workmanship and professional manner have now captured my business from now on. I can't praise Baker Brothers Plumbing enough for the work they did repairing my sewer leak. I had no idea what to expect and was nervous about having my floor jackhammered. Instead, I was profoundly amazed and impressed with their expertise and professionalism.They arrived on time, finished the job when they said they would, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards - in all, they treated my home like it was theirs. GREAT SERVICE 4/5/2011

WOW!!! I just had Baker Brothers come out and unstop my sewer line and was floored by the great customer service I received. They not only got the line unstopped but also ran a camera through the lines and let me know what was causing the stoppage. This is a top notch company and would definately recommend them to all my friends and family. more
