They are very helpful and will work until you are happy. It took a while to get approved, but the finance department worked hard to get it done. The vehicles are nice and for the price, you will not find another car lot as cheap as Auto Direct Online. They prefer appointments so they can work with you and not managed 10 customers needing help. You can not go wrong checking them out before you shop anywhere else. more

Deceptive dealership, deathtrap vehicle! 11/19/2013

At this point I'm just lucky my family and I are still alive. I just took a car I just bought from Autos Direct four days ago to Pinnacle Auto Repair in Lyndhurst. The mechanic took a look under the hood and said the engine had caught on FIRE!!! The issue that likely caused it HAS NOT been corrected, so it could have started on fire at any point as we were driving it. It has a front exhaust manifold problem, fuel line leaking, antifreeze leaking and a broken crossover pipe. THIS DEALERSHIP WATCHED ME PUT MY KIDS IN A DEATH TRAP AND DIDN'T EVEN THINK TWICE! SHAME ON THEM! I don't know how they sleep at night. They should be shut down! My sales rep, BILL RUSSO, says he has kids, and yet he let me drive away with my children in this immensely hazardous vehicle. What has this world come to? more

We looked at several dealerships in Stark county and in the Cleveland area, (N. Olmstead, Beachwood) Sales personnel were pushy, arrogant and quite frankly, acted like they had better things to do. Frank was just the opposite. Frank not only offered a handshake but was eager to help he was extremely knowledgeable about different vehicles, acted quickly to get different vehicles out that met the ""criteria"" and details we were looking for as well as the layout of different vehicles. The knowledge and expertise that Frank showed made me wonder if he was a salesman or a technician, since the salesmen we had met before Frank really didn't know much about their product. We liked the layout of the place. It was nice not to have to trod all over the place to look at what we wanted to see. That alone was a big plus. I would venture to say that all in all, the experience was different and refreshing, no pushy salesmen, no wondering around a giant parking lot looking for different vehicles what more could you ask for? Yes, some of the prices are over the car-fax report but everyone needs to make a living, but, the experience of not having a pushy salesman made it possible to make a comfortable decision that we feel good about. We didn't get to spend as much time with Sean. Sean did the paperwork quickly got us on our way, he was able to explain what to expect and what to look for. more

3 Months After Purchase, My Car Needs $8-10k in Repair 8/20/2013

My experience with Juan at Autos Direct Online was bad from the beginning (January 26, 2013) They refused to have the vehicle (a 2004 Audi S4) inspected before I committed to buying it. Once I did and sent them a non-refundable deposit (my first mistake), they found that it needed a new timing chain and related components. \r \r I'd already scheduled my flight out to Ohio to get the car, which I had to cancel. They told me to come the following weekend. I shrugged it off and bought another airline ticket for the following weekend. The next Friday, after not hearing from them all week, they called again. The car still wasn't back from the repair shop. Another airline ticket (about $200 each) down the drain. They promised it'd be done the following week. So, I bought one last ticket and told myself that was it. If it didn't work out on that third attempt, I was done. But, Juan called on Friday (Feb. 8th) and said the car was ready.\r \r I got to the dealership and spotted my car. It was filt more

I will be honest, buying mostly online felt risky, but at the end, it was worth it. I received a quality vehicle with about $2,000 savings over comparable vehicles in my area. I was able to buy a extended warranty with that savings and felt very satisfied with the deal. \r \r The only problems I had were not directly caused by the dealership. Buying a vehicle in Ohio has it quirks. Ohio takes quite a long time to process the title work needed to license in my state. They did fudge the purchase date (unsure if that was intentional or not) so it didn't cause a penalty when licensed. They also included the extended warranty price on the purchase price on the Title, which caused an extra $75 in sales tax in my state. \r \r Overall, it was a pleasure working with Julie, and I will look at the inventory of this dealership the next time I need to purchase a vehicle. more

Frank went out of his way to re-paint the front and rear bumper on the car. He had everything ready when we arrived. We purchased a 2004 Honda Accord EX. Overall we had a good experience but there were a few things that I wish he would have told us before we came. Other than these couple disappointments we were happy with the service we received. more

Purchased a 2010 Buick Enclave and drove it 2500 miles with absolutely no problems. It did have 1300 more miles than the odometer said at the time of purchase. They did keep it for us for a few weeks before we could fly over to get it and didn't charge us a storage fee. Very good communication which made it easy to finance and purchase from a long distance. We would not hesitate to deal with this company again or recommend them to any of our family and friends more

this dealership is a scam. I made an appointment with Dave on a saturday morning. I told him what car I was coming to look at the next day. After driving for an hour to get to this dealership he told me the car was at the body shop and tried to get me into another car that i didnt want. While standing there another gentleman told me he had been there before and thats what they do. They put great prices on cars they dont have and when you get there the force you into another car. I would never ever recomend this place to anyone. more

Last week, I bought my 2006 Volvo S40 from Autos Direct Online. I had been researching this make a model for weeks. I called Autos Direct Online Monday morning and put a deposit down on the vehicle and was able to pick it up and drive it home Thursday afternoon. The whole buying process seemed pretty effortless. Being able to view the Carfax online helped ease my mind since I put a deposit down before seeing the vehicle in person. Upon arriving at the dealership, my car was pulled up to the door for me to inspect and test drive. My salesman, Danny Mac, then had all the paperwork ready to be filled out and got me out the door as soon as possible. He was very understanding that my mom and I had driven 5 hours to pick up this car and wanted to get home as soon as possible. Although I haven't yet had my car a week, I love it and am very happy with my purchase thus far! more
