My name is Joseph, age 23. I was looking for my first car, and had started to think, I would never find one that would fit my needs, then my farther, told me to check out Autos Direct Online. I contacted Autos Direct Online, and spoke with Juan Rosario. Juan setup a time for us to meet, and test drive the Acura RSX 2003. I was sold. Juan made the sale easy and fast for us. I had been too a few car lots, and was greeted with high pressure sales tactics, I did NOT have that with Autos Direct Online, everyone was kind. I would recommend Autos Direct Online to everyone for their next car, And ask for Juan. more

My husband and I puchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra CrewMax Platinum 4 x 4 truck from Autos Direct Online. The truck was an extremely rare and hard-to-find vehicle, and we got it from ADO for $3,500 less than any other dealer was offering similar vehicles for sale. The truck came with two sets of floormats, and was in excellent condition when we arrived in Cleveland to take delivery. The dealership sent a shuttle to the airport to get us, and the transaction was extremely smooth. Our salesperson, Juan, was extremely communicative and helpful. Excellent experience, great service, exceptional vehicle. The gas tank was on E when we bought it, but for the price we paid I could afford that tank of gas! more

Bought a car for about $30,000 just to have it break down 100 miles away, an ""intermittent"" major engine problem. I don't think this was a shock to them. I will spare you the details of the other 3 times the car broke down in the next 1000 miles. I did get my car checked out at the dealer prior to purchase (which I still strongly recommend). \r \r Autos Direct told me they do the tags and send those to me, which was what the 248.50 charge was for. That is also not accurate. Used car business is shady, so be aware even if the prices are good. We have heard that many wholesale dealers have cars that have had some flood damage from recent storms, but it did not get reported. That will not show up on titles or car fax. My car has a clean carfax and only 33,000 miles, but you never know. Recommended only to buy by with bumper to bumper factory warranty and that you are sure there is no accident or other damage that will void the factory warranty. Good luck. more

All of the people I met at Autos Direct were very friendly. I was picked up at the airport and was very pleased by the hospitality of the driver. They had my car pulled up already and handed me the keys to review it. The pictures online were very good and the car had no surprises. I was very pleased with how clean the car was and how there was no pressure while I looked it over. The salesman I delt with was Juan Rosario and even though he was very busy, he still worked to answer my questions in a timely manner.\r \r Needless to say I bought the car and drove it over 600 miles home. Could not be happier with my purchase. Very good deal and great service more

I recently purchased a 2005 Ford Expedition from Autos Direct online, and I have to the say the transaction exceeded my expectations. My salesman, Juan Rosario was both responsive and available which made for a seamless transaction. I flew into Cleveland, Eddie picked me up at the airport and within a half hour I was on the road. The vehicle was as advertised (actually better than expected) with no surprises. Long story short, clean low millage vehicle at great price! more

My name is Tonya, and I purchased a 2001 Chrysler Pt Cruiser on January 23, 2013. My sales associate, Juan, gave me excellent customer service. When I went to test drive the car it was loud, and the heat did not work. I thought OMG!! This is not what I expected... But after consulting with Juan he assured me that he would fix the car and have it ready for me the next day. The car is pretty clean and I love the color (deep cranberry pearl) so I took him up on the offer. today I can say that I'm so glad that I bought the car and it runs very well. I have already recommended Autos Direct Online to several people who saw my new car, and wants to buy a car of their own. more

These guys are crooks. They sell rust buckets and then tell you not to complain, they sold it to you at a good rate. Purchased the vehicle and first day needed over $1000 worth of work. Julie Turner, sales rep, told me the vehicle was perfect. However it failed state inspection due to the many problems that existed. Its amazing a vehicle with this low of mileage had that much damage. Only leads me to believe the mileage was turned back. My suggestion is to stay far, far away. Unless you enjoy sitting at the garage. more

I recently purchased a 2008 saab 9-7x (White) it has wood interior and tan leather seats,I have only had this car for a few weeks now but i love this car already. I have been scammed by lots of used car lots here in cleveland and autos direct online came highly recommended and I am very satisfied with my car buying experience wiith autos direct online. I purchased a 2003 Lincoln LS Sport from Autos Direct Online and have had to spend over $700 on repairs in just the first 3 weeks of owning this car. I was told by Dan Caldwell that there was a 3 day post inspection performed on every car by company policy and that if the car needed anything whether it was brakes, rotors, wiper blades, that it would be done and ready to go. \r \r The cars rear brakes are nearly metal to metal, the bearings in the rear wheels are shot, the front rotor was warped, I had to replace the core the day after the car was home do to it misfiring, and 2 days after the core was replaced I had an EVAP leak. I would suggest to anyone that if they are doing a 3 day post inspection on a car you purchased, to put that in writing because if they had done it on this car, they would have noticed these things. more

I recently purchased a 2007 Volkswagen Eos. Autos Direct Online had an overwhelming supply of used cars at a great price. I worked with a great salesperson, Julie Turner, who went out of her way to make sure my car buying experience was exceptional. She worked with me to get the exact outcome I was hoping for. \r The price was wonderful and the process was fairly painless; However, I would look over your Bill of Sale and make sure it is accurate. They tried to charge us sales tax twice. After an Hour and a half explaining over the phone, they realized that they did charge us the sales tax it just was not on the Bill Of Sale in the appropriate place. It was resolved and they apologized for the oversight. Nonetheless, it was very frustrating explaining simple math. I do plan on buying cars in the future from Autos Direct Online they have a great inventory and fantastic prices!\r \r I had my car extensively checked out by Volkswagen and am very pleased with what a great car it is no problems!!! I am very happy with my purchase...Thank you Autos Direct Online:) more

I recently drove down to purchase a car from Autos Direct Online from Rochester, Michigan (20 miles north of Detroit). Not only were the prices fair, our sales rep Jeff was amazing and help us each and every day with more and more question we had to ask about the car. I was looking for a Saab 9-3 Sportcombi Wagon, and to my surprise ADO had one available at an amazing price! We drove a little over three hours to their location and we were impressed from the moment we got there. All of the sales reps that we came in contact with were great, as soon as we pulled in the lot they were there to help us. They were very easy to find, and only a few miles off of two main freeways. I would defiantly reefer family and friends to buy from AUTOS DIRECT ONLINE. \r \r I have had my car for a few weeks now, and I am still impressed with what it has to offer! Recently my wife and I bought a 2006 Nissan Altima from Dave at Autos Direct Online. We saw the car online and went to their location to look at it. We just walked in off the street. I recently bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey from Autos Direct Online, my sales person was Julie Turner. I found that the vehicle was as advertised and had a clean carfax. It needed some TLC such as brakes and tires but was able to do those things myself and still managed to spend less than something comparable. Other than a strange odor in the car and a warrantied powersteering pump I was satisfied. I would recomend them to anyone. more
