Just purchased a 2006 Honda Ridgeline from Jeff Payne at Autos Direct Online. I’ve been looking to buy a car for the last 6 months and went to countless dealerships around NE Ohio. Dealing with Autos Direct was unique and positive experience. No pushy salesmen and very knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had and was very straightforward. Once I visited the lot I knew this was where I would be buying my car. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. Couldn’t be happier! more

Juan Rosario helped me with my 2004 mazda 3s. The transaction was easy fast and simple. I had a slight problem with my tail lights and it was fixed the day i brought it in with no questions asked. Autos Direct Online is an amazing dealership and i would strongly reccomend it to a friend. more

Great Cars, Great Prices, Great Salespeople! 2/29/2012

I bought a 2003 Eclipse GTS from Autos Direct. The car was $3000 under Blue Book value and was in mint condition. Demarr, my salesperson, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions quickly and honestly. Their website was nice and descriptive of all the cars. They had plenty of pictures to show every last detail of the car. If I had millions I would buy from them time and time again. I have no complaints whatsoever about this dealership. more

Awesome cars! Great Prices!!! 2/28/2012

Jeremy,\r I recently purchased a 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP from Autos Direct. The car was in mint condition and $4000 less then other dealerships. The was was very well represented on their website with 40 pictures! I am from the west side of Indiana and for the most part bought the car sight unseen. Only going by the pictures they did a great job. The only thing I have to say is this being my first purchase I had a lot of questions that could have answered in alternative means. A bit more organization would have been great but nothing that salted the overall experience I had. I have told everyone I know about Autos Direct Online. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car at a more then fair price!! Jeff and Rollie are great to work with and would say ""two thumbs up"" on customer service!! more

After a relative had a positive experience purchasing an automobile from Autos Direct Online, I decided to casually check the inventory. upon coming across a 2006 cadillac sts, I called to see if it was still available,and ask a ton of other questions about the vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable and courteous Jeff my salesperson was. Pricing was more than fair (""well below blue book value"" -financing company). all questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner via email or phone. final delivery went smooth and I have been driving with a smile ever since. definitely would purchase from again in the future. Interesting Encounter 2/12/2012

I just purchased a 2006 Honda Pilot, and I have almost zero complaints. My ""test drive"" with the vehicle was from the dealership in Ohio to my home in Michigan and I could not be happier with how it drives. Despite the terrible snowy weather, service was...interesting. My first impression of the dealership - the look of the building and offices, made me hesitant to work with them, but overall it was a positive experience. more

It was very easy to choose a car that best fit my familys budget, with the help of the finance department. Great Experience! 1/27/2012

I had an okay experience doing business with Auto Direct Online. Everyone was very helpful and financing was easy to figure out. Jeff was all about answering my mom’s questions as well as mine. I ended up with a 2004 New Beetle Convertible as my first car. They offered me a great warranty for 2 years that covers nearly everything. Especially electrical issues since New Beetles are known for them. They were willing to work with us on a monthly payment as well. I learned plenty of new things while doing business with Jeff because after all it was my first car purchase. However, on the way back to Kent, OH in my Beetle I noticed it was having trouble shifting and was lurching when i accelerated and stopped. In low gears I found my self clenching the steering wheel hoping I wouldn't jerk the car into someone else's bumper. I am nervous about fixing the car and very sad because I thought I had made a great decision. Turns out Autos Direct Online sells defective cars. I wish I would have been provided more gas during the test drive to notice the jerking. Service and financing are great here, but make sure you know what you're paying for. more

Selling defective cars 1/21/2012

I recently bought a honda odyssey van, after being shipped to me the transmission was not working properly and failed totally in a couple of weeks. Cost thousands to fix, AUTOS DIRECT ONLINE refused to help at all and just stuck me with a defective vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. more

Fantastic Job Auto's direct!! 1/18/2012

I bought an 06 Nissan Maxima from Auto's Direct and I couldn't be happier with it. The car was in EXCELLENT condition and the price was just as awesome! I was so nervous in the beginning because I'm from PA and I have never been out of the state let alone a large purchase from the internet. I spoke with Dan and he put me at ease right from the start. It was such an easy process from the deposit to the pick up, and everything went according to the plan. They picked me up from the airport, even offered me lunch, which was even more impressive. Deceptive Dealer! AVOID at all costs! 1/14/2012

The dealership knowingly sold me my vehicle, with prior knowledge vehicle defaults.. When contacted, Autos Direct Online, refused to work with me on any level, in regards to correcting the problem. My emails went without response. Every time I attempted to call, I got the runaround or no answer. FINALLY I spoke to the owner himself. He stated ""You signed an As-Is contract, there's nothing you can do; go ahead and try to sue me! I've had over 100 lawsuits filed against me and have won them all...good luck!"".. then abruptly hung up on me. If that isn't unprofessional, I don't know what is. Be VERY wary. AVOID. Save your self the hassle as well as save your $$. more

Best car shopping experience ever! The only dealership I am 12/31/2011

My name is Karen Schroeder and I purchased a 2007 Mercedes GL450 from Autos Direct Online in November. The car looks brand new and the price was fantastic!! My salesman, JEFF, was extremely helpful throughout the entire car buying process. The dealership had just purchased the car and they only had a few pictures of it online. When I asked JEFF for more pictures of the interior, I had ten e-mailed to me within 20 minutes. JEFF was also able to work around my schedule. With two little kids at home it is difficult to go to an actual dealership. I called his cell phone at 9:45 PM at night (I wasn’t even sure if he would answer!!) – He did and he answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I’ve had the vehicle two months and can honestly say ADO is the best place to buy a car. more
