Any work that has to be done on my vehicle, I am contacted by reminders and it is done promptly and on time. Nice to get discount coupons as well.

They took care of me it feels good. Joshua is nice, the shuttle man is friendly and has nice stories. Why do you have the truck for the shuttle now though? I like the van better, hard to get in the truck. more

They were very busy. But it did not feel like anyone felt pressure or rushed. It was clear there was a focus on us customers.There was a customer that had a language barrier. The service person made EXTRA efforts to help the customer understand what was going on. I'm not surprised, though. In all the years I've been coming here, I have seen nothing but terrific people. And the coffee is pretty good. more

Fast service and personable staff 2/22/2014

I had a fst oil change and also a shuttle ride to a local store to pass the time for that repair. Thank You Renton Honda for taking good care of me and my shuttle driver Bill for being such a sweetie! more

Great Experience Overall 2/13/2014

The last time I purchased a car was 15 years ago and I didn't have a good experience. However, when I purchased my car on 2/9/14 at Renton Honda I can describe my experience as seamless. The sales department went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I worked with Carlos and Mike Mccray and thought they were personable and knew the answers to all of my questions. done quick and friendly service 2/11/2014

I usually change my oil myself (to save money) but because there was a special, i decided to take my Element into the Honda dealership for the oil change. I made an appointment and my car was ray for pickup after not to long. The only complaint I have is that I never got the call once my car was ready. I had given them my phone number when i dropped off the car and they deleted the old number out of the system (or so I was told) yet they repeatedly called the old number to inform me of issues found and when the oil change was done. Needles to say i never got those calls and had to just show up, assuming my car was ready. more

I came in very frustrated, and as always, Mr. Stokes made everything more calm by taking the time to explain everything to me that needed to be done to access my car, and he also called me to explain what was found, leaving me to make a decision after having a little knowlege! more
