They were very busy. But it did not feel like anyone felt pressure or rushed. It was clear there was a focus on us customers.There was a customer that had a language barrier. The service person made EXTRA efforts to help the customer understand what was going on. I'm not surprised, though. In all the years I've been coming here, I have seen nothing but terrific people. And the coffee is pretty good.
