I usually change my oil myself (to save money) but because there was a special, i decided to take my Element into the Honda dealership for the oil change. I made an appointment and my car was ray for pickup after not to long. The only complaint I have is that I never got the call once my car was ready. I had given them my phone number when i dropped off the car and they deleted the old number out of the system (or so I was told) yet they repeatedly called the old number to inform me of issues found and when the oil change was done. Needles to say i never got those calls and had to just show up, assuming my car was ready.
