The check engine light and hybrid system light came on in my 2005 Civic. I expected the car was just a few months past the warranty for the hybrid battery, and I was bracing myself for bad and expensive news. It was with great trepidation that I went to the dealership to have it serviced. Michael at Renton Honda coordinated the service, and was just great. He told me right away that he would go to bat for me with Honda, and he would make sure I didn't pay the full cost of a new battery, because my car had so few miles. It turned out Honda had extended the warranty on my car, so I didn't pay a thing, and Michael even arranged a rental car for me while my car was being worked on. Also, the waiting area is comfortable, and the wifi is reasonably good, and I got more done while I was waiting than I would have if I'd gone to work. Thanks for a great experience!
