My only comment has nothing to do with the service or the great interactions with Michael Stokes. As a person using a cane, none of the seating in the lobby works well - chairs too deep, stools too high. And please put a stool in the shuttle, getting into it for me actually brought me to tears of pain when he picked me up at home. Hard the first time, but really bad the second. Glad to have that service, but I won't use it again under the current situation.
