I recommend Aspen Auto Clinic for all of your auto repair needs. I always have my vehicles serviced and repaired at this shop.

Worst

For something that takes 45 minutes to clean charging $280.00 seemed pretty stiff.Where do these highfaluting repair shops get off charging $100 to do a diagnostic? And then, they...

Professional Knowledge and Courtesy 6/23/2013

Called with a window regulator issue and the part was ordered and ready for installation the next day when we brought the Liberty in. In addition they accommodated an oil change and tire rotation and air conditioning recharge which was not scheduled. more

Not so great 6/17/2013

Made a trip to Montana as I mentioned to the clerk before service... One quart low the next day @ about 200 miles from home after your "oil change"....not OK ....never again more

Got a free diagnosis 6/17/2013

Ron was very helpful in providing me a free diagnosis on what was wrong with my transmission and provided me various options in getting it fixed that met with what I needed. more

Premium service ever.... From my phone call for appointment setting that was quickly set with the help of Ron matching my availability, to my car being promptly serviced with the best professionalism and the precise infos on my car issues , to the shuttle rides with friendly, yet courteous JJ, I can say that my first experience with Aspen Auto Clinic-Union was: wonder-full. Courteous careful service, but slow 6/4/2013

The guys at Aspen are courteous and knowledgeable. They are thorough and do a good job. Their five pack oil change is a great deal. Their additional services are expensive and they are slow. I had a 1:00 PM appointment for an oil change. They didn't take in my car until 1:45 and it was finally done at 2:30. They could be more efficient, or better scheduling. more

The staff took good care of our need. After my service was completed, I had a computer program light that was flashing. I brought the car back and the guys reprogramed it for me. more
