I recommend Aspen Auto Clinic for all of your auto repair needs. I always have my vehicles serviced and repaired at this shop.

Worst

For something that takes 45 minutes to clean charging $280.00 seemed pretty stiff.Where do these highfaluting repair shops get off charging $100 to do a diagnostic? And then, they...

My Audi runs so smooth after having some work done by Aspen Auto. They are very fair with their pricing and also honored a coupon that had expired the past month or two. They gave me a loaner vehicle while they worked on my car so I was not inconvenienced. Their quality of work is excellent. Also, their personableness and customer service is superb!! We love Aspen Auto!! more

Recommend you remind customers that solvent used to clean engine will burn off (smoke) for a short driving distance after picking up car. more

i have moved out of colorado springs but still take my vehicle to be serviced by the guys at aspen. i think they do quality work & they seem to really care about customer, wanting to get their vehicle taken care of at the best price. more

Greg and his crew are super friendly and affordable. I was out on a job far away from where I live in PA, doing a special flooring project for a company in Colorado Springs. My transmission was acting up. Greg had me out of the shop the same day. They treated me and my guys well too. A+++ service all the way. more

Exceptional Guarantee 1/19/2010

I regularly take my car to Aspen and have always been happy. When I take my car in, they personally explain the specific issues or maintained my car needs. \r \r I would definitely recommend Aspen as I have repeatedly received friendly service that is a cut above everyone else. For example, I learned that Aspen guarantees both their parts and labor when working on my car. more

Do Not Use These Guys 7/11/2009

We took our Olds to Aspen for what we thought was a fairly simple repair. Literally $6,000 later and 5 weeks, it was not 100% fixed. The owner was not helpful and did not resolve our issues. Not recommended. more

They honest and friendly 4/27/2009

if you have trouble with your car or it breaks down anywhere near these guys let them work on it. They were fast, friendly and most importantly honest. more
