I recommend Aspen Auto Clinic for all of your auto repair needs. I always have my vehicles serviced and repaired at this shop.

Worst

For something that takes 45 minutes to clean charging $280.00 seemed pretty stiff.Where do these highfaluting repair shops get off charging $100 to do a diagnostic? And then, they...

Time. 3/2/2014

Had an appointment for an oil change and it still took about 2 hours to complete. About 40 minutes late to get my car into a bay. more

I went to the Union location. Juan initially took the call about my a/c condensor falling out of the vehicle. He is honest and put my mind at ease that my car would be taken care of. Heather is a hugh asset to your company she is incredible. My car drives better than ever and I'm coming back for more repairs. more

Confused and Disappointed 2/21/2014

I had made an appointment to get an estimate on fixing ball joints/bushings and the Check Engine light. I received a (thorough) report on your inspection. No estimate... There was so much wrong that you found I am prompted to sell it. It would have been nice to offer a breakdown of what's important and cost so I could try to tackle it instead of selling it more

I found this place online after buying a cadillac that had alot of issues! Talked to heather she got me an appointment right away and explained everything that was wrong in full detail. She took the extra time to explain everything in detail that way I understood everything that was wrong with my car.. they have since fixed all my issues and my car runs excellent! Won't take my car anywhere else ever this place is the best!!.. more

Friendly, helpful staff 2/15/2014

Great explanation as to what was wrong, why water pump needed to be replaced, and why labor cost was high due to work needed to get to it and replace it. Car is running much better after the work, so great work, t oo. more

I brought my car to Aspen on recommendation from my roommate. I received honest feedback that I could understand, was able to make an appointment online for the time that worked best for me and my car was serviced in a timely manner. I'm definitely coming back! more

In the approx. two years I have been taking my autos to AA, I have gotten quality service at a fair price and I've never felt pressured in any way. They are an honest business providing excellent service--and they're friendly to boot! more

Oil Chance and Alignment 2/10/2014

I visited the shop few times before and had a great experience. After getting the oil change and alignment testing done, drove the car about a block, the car stopped. It was a bad experience this time. Also, misinformed me of the cost of alignment testing and alignment. I received great customer service before but not this time. more
