I recommend Aspen Auto Clinic for all of your auto repair needs. I always have my vehicles serviced and repaired at this shop.

Worst

For something that takes 45 minutes to clean charging $280.00 seemed pretty stiff.Where do these highfaluting repair shops get off charging $100 to do a diagnostic? And then, they...

I will take my car no where else. They fixed one of the problems but can't do the other but offered to take my car to a place for me. Your guys are so friendly and honest and you offer drinks and snacks while we were waiting and not only the people who work up in the front but every mechanic that came up to the front talked and was very friendly. I love the services you provide and recommend you to all my friends and clients. more

Top Rated in My Book 1/25/2014

I have had this vehicle into the dealership twice for a cylinder missing issue. I was always when they kept charging for the same simple fixes (they weren't cheap!). My son told me that I would be really amiss if I didn't try Aspen Auto Clinic. They aren't the cheapest or most expensive, but you get what you pay for. I must say that I was quite impressed when I spoke with Aspen about me problems and they actually listened to what I had to say. They nailed the problem right out the gate and even fixed the mistakes from the other repair facility for me at little additional cost. I have my new shop at hand and will continue to use them. The car s running better than it has for the past year..... Thanks again Aspen you are all "Top Notch" in my Book. more

I felt very comfortable with their diagnosis. The mechanic was very competent and the front desk support was unbelievable. I may have found my new repair shop more

Problem not fixed 1/20/2014

Took my van to them with coolant leak. $250+ later...coolant still leaks and the original leak I told them about was never fixed. As a matter of fact they attached new hoses to the obviously cracked and leaking tube. Of course they want more money to fix the original problem...will never take my vehicle there again and will advise EVERYONE I know against it. more

If there was less than one star, that would be my rating 1/19/2014

I waited an hour and a half for an oil change and left without my Lexus SUV because they ruined the engine. No phone call from the "customer service" manager no follow-up from the regional manager. Still waiting for resolution 10 days later. I am very surprised I received this request to complete a survey! more

Good Mechanic 1/15/2014

The best part of my experience was working with the mechanic Kevin. He helped me understand what the problems were with the car. I was quoted $350 to replace the sensor which turned out to be more like $450. more

Customer Service is TOP NOTCH 1/10/2014

Aspen Auto ALWAYS give such excellent care. Ron and Juan are so personable and have a shuttle available as well as a rental car if needed. Bill went over and above to stay in communication with me about my Audi. Since they couldn't get the right screws in for a long period of time, a mechanic went home and used his personal ones to help me get my vehicle back sooner. The guys at Aspen Auto work so hard, do great work and with such a great attitude. Although, I don't like paying for car repairs (like any normal person), I do love going to Aspen Auto! Their attention to detail and care is A++++++++ more

Scheduling an appointment is always difficult. It takes several phone calls to find a day which there is availability. The time spent there is always longer than expected more

Do not take accurate upfront information 1/6/2014

I use to really like Aspen Auto Clinic, particularly when they had a guy who could really work on VW Beetles. Now it feels like they are not looking at individual needs but rather the bottom line of money. There have been so many managers in the years I have gone there, it seems changed. I will probably look for another mechanic. more

Great personalized service 1/3/2014

I stopped taking my car to the dealer because I never felt they gave me any personal advice for my vehicle. My last two visits to Aspen Auto have been great. I received recommendations about what my car needed done to keep it in good shape. I appreciate the shuttle service too. more
