I recommend Aspen Auto Clinic for all of your auto repair needs. I always have my vehicles serviced and repaired at this shop.

Worst

For something that takes 45 minutes to clean charging $280.00 seemed pretty stiff.Where do these highfaluting repair shops get off charging $100 to do a diagnostic? And then, they...

perfect gentlemen 10/2/2013

I took my car in last Friday to have some repairs done, because of the type of part my car needed it took several days for my car to get fixed. Juan, Jim, and of course Ron and Josh went out of there way to get me to my appointments, they even came to my house at 7:30 am to take me to drop off my girls at their school. The crew at Aspen Auto on Union are a class act, and I will continue to take my business to them. more

Nothing real exciting to share, but that's a good thing. Just simple in, do what is asked, give , non pushy advice or recommendations, and I've never had one issue or go back on anything they have done to my WRX. more

Regular maintenance with an added problem of battery losing charge too quickly. After several tests I decided to get a new battery and will see have it behaves in the winter. more

I was disappointed in the service I received on my 1999 Jeep. The trac bar bushings were supposed to be replaced with bushings provided by me from Ken's off road parts. My tracbar was removed from the car but I was told Aspen's press would not remove them and it was put back on the car at a cost to me. I don't think I should have to pay for a service not completed. These are replaceable bushings. more

Honest 8/15/2013

We took my car to Aspen Auto Clinic for a diagnostic due to the car running sluggish and the engine light on. Aspen let us know that the car should still be covered under the power train warranty and to take it directly to the dealer. They did not charge for the diagnostic and we took it to the dealer and all of the work done was at no charge to us. I really appreciate their honesty and we will be going to Aspen for all our car needs from now on. more
