I recommend Aspen Auto Clinic for all of your auto repair needs. I always have my vehicles serviced and repaired at this shop.

Worst

For something that takes 45 minutes to clean charging $280.00 seemed pretty stiff.Where do these highfaluting repair shops get off charging $100 to do a diagnostic? And then, they...

The shop was nice and the service people I dealt with were great. They were informative and polite. I would have given a 5 star rating except the day after I had an oil change and tire rotation, I lost a hubcap. If I had not bought a package, I would honestly not return because of this. more

Amazing Customer Service 12/8/2014

For the last year, we have been having trouble with our 2006 Kia Sorrento. When a problem arose, it was a guessing game, which costed us over $1,000 in repairs that weren't necessay. When we were finally at our wits end, we got referred to Aspen Auto Clinic and we are so grateful that we did! They were so helpful, honest, and communicated everything perfectly. They let is make our own decisions and were so nice and informative! more

Great Customer Service 11/17/2014

Recently, I had brought my car in for recommended maintenance upkeep. I liked the fact that the service took very little time and my car was returned to me within just two hours. I have been at other repair facilities where even simple repairs have taken all day. I do appreciate Heather the service adviser. Heather notices other things on my vehicle that I have overlooked. She makes recommendations, but there is no pressure. I can always refuse the recommendations and that is the end of it. I would like for the prices of repairs to be a little less, but I guess you get what you pay for. I think the staff is courteous and professional and there is no high pressure tactics which I like. more

New favorite place 11/17/2014

I absolutely love this place. They were very friendly, professional, and helpful. We had a lot done on the car so we sat in the main room for nearly 4 hours, which usually is the bane of my existence at an auto center. But they engaged in conversation with everyone, had free food and drinks available, and continuously updated us on what they were doing. One basic thing we got done was an oil change and because my car requires synthetic oil it's more expensive, he stopped immediately and made sure that was OK. I've had places just do it before and not fill me in on the price change. I could go on for days on how much I love this place. Definitely recommend it to anyone and it is our new regular place to go for anything we need done on the car. more

Honest, straight-forward diagnostics. 11/13/2014

I appreciated the honest discussion of what "had" to be done and what could wait for a while. Had my car inspected by BMW and the service they said had to be done wasn't necessary. This is why I have been hunting for someone to service my car that I trust and feel confident with what repairs they say should be done. Thank you. more
