5 star company 2/25/2017

Very good service, diagnosed problem and went to work immediately, they stand behind their work if you have a problem. Although they are higher priced than 2 other plumbers I called, I trust Arnold and sons to do the work right. Ask for Bryan Johnson, you won't be disappointed . He is an outstanding plumber. more

Great Service!! 2/14/2017

Called Arnold & Sons - phone call was immediately picked up by Jennifer. Explained my problem. She placed me on hold for a quick minute to contact a service person to see if he was available. George arrived had the problem fixed with in 10 minutes. He gave a suggestion as to the age and possible continued problems we might experience, suggest that we may want to replace the fixture. We did just that, all took less than an hour. Excellent Customer Service. more

a positive experience 2/4/2017

I wanted to say thank you to the 2 men that worked on my kitchen plumbing. I appreciated that with the initial inspection that they showed me exactly what was wrong and why and how they planned to fix it. It's never easy when unplanned costs occur and I appreciated that they gave me a couple of days to let the shock wear off and figure out what I could afford to do. I was initially given price options on what could be done to "get me buy:" until I could get the funds together to fix it all. Very professional and respectful of my home and to me. Won't hesitate to call Arnold and Son's when I have the need. Thanks again!! Kathy Putman more

George was great to work with. 1/30/2017

Heather was not able to be there so I (Paul) her father met with George. Everything went fine. Appreciate the fact that George was on time as scheduled. Also, he explained everything as he did the work and answered all of my questions. My only thought was that $247 for removing and resetting the toilet seemed to be high, however the work needed to be done so we went ahead on it. more

Unconscionably overpriced 1/27/2017

Wanted $600 for one hour of labor by one man on a very simple, straightforward job. Luckily, I was in a position to refuse and find someone else for $200. I feel bad for someone who's in a bind and has no option but to fall prey to their gouging. more
