He also went out of his way to check on the warrantee of the leaking heater to get me the best cost of the service. Quick response, quality workmanship with good results! 1/19/2019

While I was only expecting to have some leaks fixed, I ended up with a brand new softener. But that was due to this do-it-yourselfer cross threading the fittings on the old softener. Once I decided on a new one, the replacement was on site and the old one removed in a 1/2 hour. Back up and running water thru the new one in less than 2 hours. Hard to beat that! Sump pump repair 1/17/2019

My sump pump was running continuously on Monday so I called and they were out first thing Tuesday morning. My only complaint is I called the call center Monday night and the person at the call center said a technician would call me that night and no one did. The prices are a little high but the technician was very nice and the replacement was in an hour and a half later. The warranty is a nice perk too! Mark, Bryan and his apprentice were an excellent group to work with. They were very professional, friendly, answered all my questions, explained in detail and most importantly cleaned up well!! Hired to fix a leaky faucet it is now worse 1/12/2019

We hired them to fix a leaky faucet. They replaced the washers and stems and told us it may not take. The drip afterwards (later that day) was worse than before and continues to be. They offered to replace everything and take off the cost of the "repair". This would have cost 3 times as much and the original was shoddy so we declined. I've used Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain as long as they've been in business. They most recently came out to install a shower door. They were very prompt. The technicians were courteous, friendly, and nice. The door looks really nice. Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain always does a good job. more

got a new gas water heater 12/19/2018

I am very happy with how quick Arnold &Sons Plumbing came out and replaced my water heater. The two men who came and replaced it for me were very friendly and did excellent work. They may cost a little more than most but I think it was worth it.
