Everyone involved was super friendly. Was able to get quick appointment. Communication perfect - was always up to date on what to expect. Tech arrived when scheduled. Very friendly and informative. Great work,bad billing practices 1/16/2018

I've had Arnold & Sons do plumbing for me before and they did fine work. And the billing was fair. This time however,not so good. Long story short,while the plumber was friendly and professional and while he was there just over an hour, I got charged $371.00 to pull out a hairball. I called in to see if I could get an adjustment on my bill since it was so high and I was assured a manager would call me back. No call back,what a surprise. While Arnold & Sons were very friendly and responsive, I'll not call them back. more
