Sump pump replacement 11/18/2018

I had a pump fail in the basement and I called Arnold Plumbing. They were able to come the same day, right on time. Nate was and has always been especially helpful and professional! I’ve used Arnold for a couple of projects and they have always been great to work with. The team came in, evaluated the situation and gave solid recommendations to move forward. The work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them! more

Install outside clean out. 11/15/2018

Took care of my issue 11/7/2018

I needed some roots removed from my sewer line and wanted a video inspection of the pipe. They got me taken care of and gave me some good information for my next steps. Nate was excellent did a great job from estimate to finish . Nate was friendly and didn’t mind our family Pittibulls nosing around while he worked .Nate explained everything and did a fantastic job quickly and insisted on cleaning up after himself. We will definitely be asking for him in the spring when we replace our water softener unit . Two visits were required, while the technician should have been able to solve the whole problem in one visit Total for the two visits was more than $1,200. 10/10/2018

Although the technician was very nice and professional, and although I was pleased at the end of the first visit because I thought he had solved the problems, the price was rather high for less than one hour and minimal parts. However, we had to call him back to do what I think he should have seen needed to be done the first visit. The second visit cost more than $800. Total cost was more than $1200. Definitely overpriced! THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS. THERE WAS A CAMERA MALFUNCTION BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO GET A SECOND ONE WORKING AND WERE ABLE TO SCOPE THE LINE. EVERYTHING DRAINS WELL NOW. more
