A second great Arnold experience! 5/1/2018

I live in an old house, they get it. The sewer pipes are complicated, they called outside city offices and asked questions so I didn’t have to. They also called another company for me when my sewer lines required a very long distance run that they couldnt accommodate because of equipment repair. I had already paid for the failed drain unclog service call, after the other company came out the next day, Arnold refunded my money. I’ll most likely be getting more work done, so it’s good to know that there is a company that has great ethics in Peoria. George the guy from the service call is great. Cleans up everything. (I hate the mess) Very polite and tries to help any way he can. Thank you so much everyone at Arnold. You’ve momentarily restored my faith in humanity. more

We were very happy with the service here. They were quick to come out and were very helpful, friendly and professional. We wanted a new sink and faucet, and they were able to install exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be using them for everything from now on, and will recommend them to everybody! more

Very impressed with service by George, but won't use Arnold Plumbing again , because of the extremely high cost of roto-rooting, $346.00 is price gouging for a senior citizen on a fixed income, I hope you pay your employee's very well at that price, thanks again, Doug... Best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company 4/4/2018

Having to call a plumber is always painful. I have to say that Arnold's is the company that I have ever dealt with. They made an appointment and kept it, they covered their shoes when they came into my house, totally professional charged the price they quoted and completed the job within an hour. I couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend to everyone. more

The service was fine, but the price of the bathroom faucet was too high. 3/25/2018

It has been my experience that products sold by Arnold are too costly. The replacement for the bathroom faucet cost $475. I could have purchased one at Lowe's for less than $100. I also had to replace my toilet 3 years ago. The Arnold model cost $375. Again I could have purchased one at a hardware store for $200 or less. I do not intend to make any future purchase of any Arnold products should the need arise in the future. I will buy whatever I need from a hardware store and have Arnold or someone else install it. Nate worked hard to resolve the problem. 3/24/2018

$174 seems like a lot of money to unclog a toilet. My husband was totally shocked at the price when he got home. As we are on a fixed income, I will try to find a less expensive company the next time I am in need of a plumber. Also sending an email saying the plumber is on his way is very helpful if the person was looking for it. The woman when I made the appointment said they would call when they were on their way. I didn’t receive the email until later in the day when I checked my mail. A text would have been received promptly. Thank you! more
