Trustworthy! 1/30/2012

Randy always does an outstanding job repairing my cars. He is honest and does not replace something that does not need replacing. I always get excellent service. Adam give excellent customer service and explains everything that needs to be done. When he says he will call back with a explanation of what needs to be fixed or when the car will be done, he calls! Love this place!! more

Honest and Reliable 1/23/2012

I keep coming back to Arden Village Service (even though it is a long drive for me) because they are very honest and fair. I had recently taken the car in for a squeaking sound and they replaced a belt. A few weeks later, the same sound came back. They took a look at it free of charge and were completely honest that the original problem had not been the belt, but the adjustor connected to the belt, so they let me know that they would take off the labor that had been done on the belt and apply it to this work. more

Thanks for your patience while we waited and waited! So glad the engine light finally came on so that you could get a reading of the EXACT problem. Glad you didn't charge me $400 a pop to guess (like a dealership did...). Professional and honest. You're a keeper! more

Quality Neighborhood Service 1/4/2012

I brought my car to Arden Village (as I always do) to fix two coolant leaks and an oil leak. They promptly found the issue and repaired my car in a timely manner (especially for the holidays). When I looked over my bill after retrieving my car, I had a couple of questions regarding the service I received. I called and they immediately understood my concern. They asked me to bring my car down-- which wasn't a problem as I live close, and cleared up the issue I had right then and there. I will, of course, continue to bring my car to their business as I appreciate their friendly and prompt service. more

Scott's Corner is one-of-a-kind. I drop off my car for repairs or routine maintenance knowing that they are going to give me a fair and honest quote for the work that needs to be done. We moved out of the area and I still take my car in there because I don't trust anyone else to do the job right! more

I reccommend AVS to anyone who wants and needs good service. 12/20/2011

AVS offers the best service I've seen in a long time. Most of the time the cars are repaired very well. If not quite, they work on the problem until it is fixed, at no charge. I have no qualms about putting my kids or grandkids into a car that they have worked on or serviced. I have used them since 1980. I think this speaks volumes about their work. more
